It was good I got the tickets however I would like there to be a mandatory time for the seller to transfer the ticket (48 hours...), so that it is completely safe. Because it took me over a week to receive the tickets when ticket transfers were already open.

Easy to purchase tickets and they were delivered quickly and with care.
The event was spectacular.

My tickets were fantastic, and so was the customer experience. I was super nervous because the event was Saturday and I hadn't received tickets by Friday evening. I utilized the chat feature and I was advised that I would certainly get my ticket , and it would be at least 3 hours prior to the event. That late night text response really put me at ease and was greatly appreciated!

Amazing service, very quick communication and super nice staff and chat agents!! The price of the tickets was high, especially because of the hidden fees, but its nowadays expected from almost every ticket reseller website. Overall, if you need last minute stress-free tickets i would reccomend this (especially for big concerts and venues…)

i cannot put zero so i put one my experience with viagogo was a nightmare. i book 2 tickets for arianna grande o2 concert in london. And the tickets never arrive they give you a fake email to go retrieve the tickets and the whole process is a big scam !selling tickets that they will never delivered and if you call customers service they will keep say we escalating the problem and never gona resolve the issue as it all fake. my advise dont buy on viagogo its very stressful and you will loose your money!

Was fantastisch! But the security guy were unfriendly with my boys because they were fans of Real Madrid! That was so ridiculous

The experience was great. The process of buying the tickets was smooth and simple. The e-tickets were available for download in a shirt period of time, although I was a little bit scared about them, considering I bought the tickets within one week before the concert.
