We have now had our second Q&A Training session with Alicia Lineham. 30Mt sessions are just not enough when you sit with Alicia. We not only had all our queries answered but we could draw much more info on Unleashed that would make us efficient in using the system. The patience, knowledge & training skill was exemplary. As we plan to have more sessions with Her to add to our efficiency & know how, we can only say, Keep up the good work Alicia and Thanks.

Unleashed has really helped us streamline our inventory management and keep everything in one place. We recently ran into a persistent 403 error when trying to authenticate POST requests to the Unleashed API for a custom purchase order automation. The root cause turned out to be on our own integration side, but Unleashed's support team (particularly Hanah) was fantastic throughout the process — patient, technical, and genuinely engaged with the problem rather than giving canned responses.

What made the difference was that support provided reference signature values computed on their end for a known test case. That gave us a concrete way to compare against our own output and ultimately track down exactly where our signing logic was going wrong. Once fixed, the API worked exactly as documented.

For a platform with an API this capable, having a support team that can go deep on integration issues (not just UI questions) is a real asset. Would recommend to anyone building custom automations on top of Unleashed.

We have been a loyal Unleashed customer for a number of years, but their recent pricing change has been really disappointing. It was rolled out by email with little clarity, and it was confusing to understand what structure we would even be on. When we spoke to our account manager , we didn’t get any follow-up, and only after chasing and complaining were we told it was essentially ‘take it or leave it’. Blaming head office and offering no flexibility. For a long-term customer, we feel completely let down by both the communication and the overall approach.

We recently made the switch to Unleashed Software from MYOB Acumatica, and while we've only just gone live this week, we're already seeing huge improvements in our efficiency. So far, Unleashed is ticking a lot of boxes for us — from cleaner inventory management to a much smoother connection with our online store.

The onboarding process was well-structured, with plenty of support along the way to help us set up templates, sort out configuration issues, and get our product data across cleanly — making what could have been a daunting transition feel manageable, largely thanks to Ashton, who guided us through it all.
