My husband and I bought puffajackets from them on same day. He has worn his daily, mine only a handful of times 1-2hrs. The padding has separated into cotton balls making the jacket basically 2 layers... See more

Forget it if there’s even the slightest chance you will need to return an item
While the clothes aren’t too bad, some are overpriced and poor. There isn’t a Uniqlo branch anywhere near me so have to rely upon online shopping. Where it all goes horribly wrong is if you have to return something…and by the way, returns are £2:95 so not a FoC service, either. Like many customers, additional ‘accounts’ are unwanted as they just generate junk mail / junk email, so guest checkout was used. This makes it nearly impossible to impossible to access your order…you have to create a guest account involving a 36 character Guest Login plus add a 26 digit order number…then follow an 11 step returns process. Of course the item that needed a return didn’t show in the ‘purchase history’ so I ended up on Uniqlo’s online chat. For 45 minutes. Begging them to just email a returns label. Absolute joke, have a very generous gift voucher to use up, but after that I won’t use Uniqlo again. Bad joke and unforgivable returns procedure when other companies send out a QR code via one click process - often FoC, too!
I should know by now the sizing is weird!
The sizing continues to be weird! I've already wear their Airism vests but when I ordered the ribbed vest, it's comically long and I had to return. It irks me that this is classified as "change of mind", hence I don't get a full refund, because the sizing is just plain wrong e.g. I'm 6ft tall and it was only a medium! On the plus side, their fabrics seem to wear well and the InPost Locker delivery is convenient and reliable.
Sneaky
Why you emailing me saying there are barely any items left of something I was looking at, I added at least 10 to my basket, gross tactic to get me to spend money
Avoid Uniqlo - worst customer service
I’m so dissatisfied at the way my click and collect order has been handled. I ordered almost a week ago and still waiting to get email, went to the store and they couldn’t help even though the product was available, asking me to purchase another and get refund for the order, very distressing as item was needed urgently for a Friday and I had been waiting since Monday. If I had to pay twice might as well have gone to another store. Uniqlo’s interpretation of click and collect differs from other stores so AVOID this store if you need anything in a few days let alone a few hours!!!
I ordered the wrong leg length and…
I ordered the wrong leg length and contacted thir customer service within 45 min of placing the order, asking them to rectify it. However, a week later I still receive a wrong order. I suspect they deliberately sent the altered length because such items cannot be returned. If only I had read their reviews before making a purchase. I will never order again from this company. I would not even give one star to a business with such dubious practices. Shame on them!

Based on the annoying tv advertisement with prancing preppy people wearing cashemere with not a care or original look, so milk toast l would never shop for uniqlo as the looks are boring and the sentiment of the ad shallow
Ordered 4, Got 3.
First I would like to verify my Review by stating the Guest ID and Order ID being:
Order number: 0720009032608012012-1198325
Guest ID:7562e6abec83eede5cf1a84de195b89a
I should have read the reviews before even ordering from them. Not only did I receive only 3 items when ordering 4, but when sending the 3 I got back, and stating the fact in the comment. I got Refunded for only 3 resulting in that company STEALING my Money. Of course not only that is terrible but having to pay for the Retoure yourself. Which is insane. Order for around 60 eur, got 40 euro back. I will be opening a PayPal Case.
Appalling customer service abd aggressive marketing.
I had to make an account to place an order and have since been bombarded by marketing emails. At least 3 a day so far. Tried to unsubscribe but the page doesn't work. There's no telephone number to call and the chatbot just sends you round in a loop. The actual products were ok but appalling customer service and way too many emails. They do not make it easy to cancel.
Beyond crap
Ordered £100 of stuff. By 5 days later it was finally out for delivery. Dpd then diverted it to the post office and claimed I did. They then sent it back to the warehouse despite me not requesting it. They are still holding on to my money for several more days.
What’s the like?

They partnered with DPD to deliver my stuff and it didnt arrive on time. Not only did they not deliver it, they unilaterally diverted it to the post office for a different day. E.g. they cannot deliver on time or reliable
Ordered online
Ordered online, chose express delivery at checkout. It did NOT say which courier would deliver. Turns out it was UPS who is as incompetent as ever and caused me much undue stress. Uniqlo are falsely claiming the package was delivered, but it has not been. They asked me for some paperwork to claim a refund on the presumption I have got the items but I have not! They were given advanced notice that UPS messed up and still despite providing them with all the information they refuse to issue a refund for items I haven't even received. Total scam. Customer service gaslights you. Horrible company. Avoid.
DO NOT BUY ONLINE - THEY DON’T SEND ALL ITEM OUT AND REFUSE TO RESEND OR REFUND.
I brought multiple items online, a shirt I had ordered and paid for was not in the package. When I let them know, they said they would investigate it and get back to me in 3 working days.
One week later, after chasing, they replied saying that they had sent it out and I would not receive a replacement. Effectively calling me a liar.
I am now £35 out of pocket for a shirt I paid for and have not received and UNIQLO are saying that I am lying about having not received it.
Disgusting customer service. Not a company to be trusted. I shall never use them again and would recommend everyone else stays well clear as well.

Ordered a jacket and too big and quality is not great!
AND not only did I pay postage I jad to pay for return postage as well!!!!
Terrible quality and useless customer service
Terrible quality!!! Useless support
I bought a pair of trousers after wearing just few times over 20 days, the fabric completely lost its shape.
When I reached out to customer service to request an exchange, they refused point blank simply because the trousers had been worn.
How else am I supposed to know the fabric is terrible without wearing them?
Disappointing Delivery Experience
The quality of the shirt I received was decent, but the delivery took way too long. I waited almost three weeks for it to arrive, which is frustrating. I expected better service, but at least the return process was straightforward when I finally tried it on.
Complete Scam
Sent items amounting to 60 pounds back which the tracking has marked as delivered yet they are not refunding me after 14 days. Now say it was delivered but the weight was not correct and refuse to explain what they found inside the contents of 900g package [weight they confirmed] Will be reporting to trading standards and claiming via the small claims court
First order. Never again
Purchased from their website (not the best checkout experience) but thought I’d try them. Would never purchase again. Delivery problems and impossible to contact customer service directly. No response received in a timeline to correct the problem and total reliance on a completely in adequate chat bot. There service is as poor as their understand of technology. Never again.
And Uniqlo do not bother commenting on this as if you have time to monitor feedback you time to actually talk to customers before it gets to this stage. I have you the chance before writing this.

that is waste of time the shit-est website ever can't even return this low quality shit
If you order 1 item and decline marketing, you still get emailed ELEVEN TIMES before the item arrives
Order 1 item as a guest, didn't make an account, didn't agree to marketing, still got emailed ELEVEN TIMES before the item arrived.
Today's the delivery day and 4 of the 11 came today alone. I'm almost certain they'll follow that up with a few "Review our service" ones too. It's too much.

I have always liked the range of clothing at Uniqlo, one of my fave stores to shop at. Quality is pretty good, and new styles available each season. I usually shop in-store, so can't comment on their online delivery service
