I cant answer this as I don't know how my experience is or will be, the Christmas Tree is on backorder and not ready to ship yet.

Impeccable customer service! They were out of the smaller tree in this style that I had originally ordered. A very kind woman called me and worked with me and searched with me until they honored the price for the 1 foot taller tree that they did have in stock because nothing else worked with my space at home.Overall, a great experience with the company. And the tree is beautiful!

Able to buy a Christmas tree out of season at reasonable price. as president of a New York State Society (Children of the American Revolution), we are partnering with Daughters of the American Revolution to decorate a Christmas Tree in Patriotic theme for America 250. the youngsters are working on crafting handmade decorations for the 4ft. tree that we obtained from your company. this will be offered up for auction at a Christmas Festival in late Autumn to benefit a local museum and historical site in our community (Canandaigua Granger Homestead). this could prove to be a very generous donation and great service project from our young CAR members, including the patriotic values of historical preservation and service that CAR embodies. by offering a quality project for a value price and adding the charm of designing handmade ornaments, it increases the potential value of our donation. thank you. we will consider using your company in the future. The tree I purchased was full with greenerie & well lit. Fits perfectly on my end table. I leave the tree up year round & change decorations for the season. Everyone loves it. The previous tree I had was a little large & very few branches. This tree is great!

I was able to order and receive the replacement bulbs for my tree. The arrived within a few days of ordering.

Quick delivery. Tree looks good and the storage case looks pretty heavy duty. Hopefully all works well when we setup for first time this coming holiday.

The tree was exactly as they advertised. It was easy to set up, I liked having a remote control & choosing what color I wanted to enjoy that day.

I have a 20 year old artificial tree and the lights are starting to burn out. The spare bulbs in the store are of a different size.

Google led me to you. I asked for assistance helping locate the correct bulbs, providing all the specifications on the tree. I expected as a Christmas Tree store you would have some information about older trees. The response I got was, paraphrasing, we don’t have that info and I should use the pictures as a guide. So that is what I did. I held up my burned out bulb to the computer screen and tried to find a match. The seems like an opportunity for the company. Become the experts on current and past trees!! It is your business.

This tree, the Victorian Fir, is perfect if you like to load up with decorations. The tree is very full but with enough space in between branches for ornaments. The shape was perfect, I did not want a cone shaped one and these branches were nicely staggered, like a real tree. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Hard for me to give a review when I haven’t received the item it won’t be shipped until fall. That’s when I will give a final review.

The ornament is beautiful and I can use this not just for Christmas but because the tree on the ornament is decorated with hearts I can put it for Valentines day too with the rest of my Valentines decorations.
