Excellent customer service : originally ordered incorrect item and when I immediately noticed the wrong item I emailed @ asked to change it. They did it quickly with no issues. And my packed arrived promptly and well packed. NOTHING BROKEN ! I will definitely order from them again and again ! 💜

Spending Christmas in a loft was one of the most magical experiences I have ever had. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm golden fairy lights hanging from the high ceilings. Also a tall Christmas tree stood proudly near the large windows, decorated with silver and red ornaments that sparkled whenever the lights reflected off them.
Soft Christmas music played in the background, filling the loft with a calm and joyful atmosphere, this really made my experience with Christmas loft felt intimate, stylish, and unforgettable.

We received both items that we ordered in a timely manner! One box was perfect but the other box had been damaged and taped up! The light had also been spliced together! It is working!
