TourLane was great to work with. They tailored my trip to my exact want and what I wanted to spend. They made everything clear and easy to follow. Everything was perfect. My hotel was great perfect location. My tours were awesome! My transportation was on time every time. They were unbelievably professional and friendly. I loved this trip. Our family trip for 4 to Ireland was completely lovely. Janine listened to our needs and wants and made amazing suggestions to hit some beautiful sites and places in the timeframe we had. We didn't want to do a full guided tour that had a generic itinerary planned out for us because we wanted to have some time to explore and do things on our own timeframe and with just the four of us. Janine planned out 3 cities with 2 night stays at each location and sprinkled in some group tours to see some iconic sites throughout the trip. It was a busy itinerary but it never felt rushed or overwhelming and allowed us ample time to have some leisure time on our own. The private transfers mixed in with a train ride from Dublin to Galway kept the trip customized and within our budget. Every pick up she arranged was on time. Every hotel met our expectations and every tour was a highlight for the four of us. Our last hotel back in Dublin was a converted castle and allowed us to just enjoy the site and relax before our next day afternoon flight home to Pittsburgh. It was perfect to unwind and discuss all our favorite parts as a family. Once again our private transfer back to the airport was on time and every driver we had was a pleasure to talk to and were amazing guides from both Galway to Killarney and Killarney back to Dublin. I will definitely call her again for our next trip abroad. Not one problem or issue the whole trip and we were very lucky to have absolutely beautiful weather all week!

Tourlane did an awesome job planning our trip. We went to Italy and visited several locations. They made it very easy and hassle free with booking our hotels, rental car, and a couple guided tours. Definitely will be using them again.

I had to make several changes to my trip along the way, and she was always very understanding and willing to work with me to make everything come together. Janine Kalbrunner assisted my wife and I in creating a wonderful trip to Italy that was nothing short of spectacular! I would characterize this trip as semi-private. People met us at every juncture either by private car or taxi to take us to high speed trains or to hotels and various cities. We were occasionally on a small tour bus but never a large one. Details were perfectly executed every step of the way and a couple
of times we even made in-trip adjustments on-the-fly by contacting Tour Lane and they were very accommodating by making slight adjustments. In short, Janine listened well and crafted a vacation that we will never forget. Well done Tour Lane! We will, and have already, recommended you to many others.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tourlane and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip!

We started our trip planning with Halley, who handled all of our hotel bookings. She was extremely helpful and made the process easy and stress-free. We did have a slight hiccup along the way, but everything was handled and, in the end, everything turned out beautifully. All of the hotels were five-star and absolutely wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stays at every location.

We also had the pleasure of working with Georgia and Leonella, who communicated with us throughout our trip via WhatsApp. They were incredible! They arranged all of our transportation, including ferries, airport transfers, and rides to and from our hotels. Every single driver was prompt, professional, friendly, and always on time. Having that kind of reliable transportation made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free.

Overall, we were extremely impressed with the professionalism, organization, and attention to detail from the entire Tourlane team. They did a fantastic job putting our trip together and making sure everything went smoothly.

Our trip to Ireland was very nice with a full itinerary in a country with wonderful people as our hosts. Our day tour was full of scenery and our guide was very knowledgeable. Accomodations were lovely and we were treated well in each of the nine hotels we stayed in. We did experience a few issues with timing, communication and reliability of drivers.

I had a great experience working with Janine at Tourlane while planning my Europe vacation. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and always responsive to our emails, making the entire planning process easy from start to finish.

Janine handled all the details, including selecting excellent hotels, organizing tours, and creating an itinerary that was well balanced and easy to follow. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, so we could simply relax and enjoy our vacation.

The accommodations, activities, and overall travel experience met our expectations, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the planning. I appreciate Janine's professionalism and attention to detail, and I would gladly recommend Tourlane and Janine to anyone looking for a stress-free travel planning experience.

I want to thank our travel agent, Lauren Sikkema, for helping us book our dream vacation to Greece. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient with us, especially since we had a million questions. Lauren is truly experienced — she broke down every part of our trip and explained exactly what to expect. We feel confident, excited, and grateful. We can’t wait to see all that God has in store for us.

Our experience wasn’t great. We were booked at hotels that included breakfast, however, all of our excursions started before breakfast was even available. We would not have paid extra to have included meals. We did not use.
Some of our hotel stays and excursions were under our children’s names and at one point our transport from the Dublin airport was under a completely different last name which made things very confusing. We were scheduled to go to Windsor Castle on a day that it was closed. These are things we had expected Tourlane to help with. There was confusion in Dublin on our hop on hop off bus. They tried to tell us that our vouchers were not for the hop on hop off bus, but then we were told we needed to print out our vouchers. One of the most important things about this trip was my sister has a son with special needs and specifically requested to have access to a fridge and microwave for his special needs food. We decided to stay at separate hotels, knowing her rooms would need to be a little bit more upgraded than what my family needed, and when we got there and we’re separated come to find out her room did not have the specific accommodations so we spent the whole trip at different hotels with at least a 15 minute walking distance and she didn’t even get what she needed.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I would ever use this company again and I think we would just plan the trip ourselves

Travel expert had good knowledge of Namibia, was very kind and made good suggestions about must-haves, don't-haves and accommodations.

Working with Tourlane and their travel agent Jack Mckenna was a wonderful experience. He was informative and always courteous trying to get all the details I wanted to be included in my trip to Italy

When unforseen circumstances arose he was understanding and worked hard to accommodate my changes needed where their Care Flex plan helped tremendously. He was always understanding to my needs and did all possible to make this stress free for me. I look forward to working with him again in the near future and would recommend Tourlane to anyone looking to travel to their dream destination without spending more than necessary

The Tourlane team was incredibly responsive to my questions throughout my entire travel experience – from the initial planning stages before my trip, during the trip itself, and even continuing to check that everything was done correctly even after I returned.

My Customers trip was good, however I have not received my commission and have not heard back on the status. I want to book additional trips however not happy with this side of the transaction!

The planning was flawless and easy. Bella made everything available to us and went the extra mile to give us a top A experience. I highly recommend!!

The experiences we had through Italy gave us a wonderful opportunity to meet this country. Loved the food and was impressed by the high speed rail. The guides we connected with were first rate and the experience was spectacular. Janine was a great in planning all this.

So we booked dates for France which happened to coincide with a terrible heat wave. Our hotel had a temp loss of AC, a castle was closed early and Musee Orsay closed and didn’t open one day. That being said it was still an AMAZING time for my girls and I. We went to the Louvre, saw countryside castles in Loire Valley, went to Mont St Michel everything was personalized by our tour creator and assistant Taylor B and she was indeed available throughout the trip to assist and pivot with any issues we faced. It really could not have been more fun or fit for us. She created an alternate option had we opted to go to the south of France which we may do another time because honestly both options sounded amazing and I can confirm this jaunt to Paris was so perfect for my girls and I.
