I used TMD Host for 9 years - that stops today
I used TMD Host for 9 years. They have progressively been getting worse and worse. On Sept 1st all the SSL certificates on the sites I host with them stopped working and the sites were no longer accessible. These types of things are frustrating but also understandable - servers go down, issues happen. I was able to connect with support via live chat and the SSL info was resolved. Two days later the same thing happened. Having an SSL issue once a year is annoying but twice in one week for no reason (no changes were made to the sites) is a deal breaker. I've spoken to several agents about this one. They say it is something for their "advanced team" to solve and advised that I wait. Unfortunately, I have several upset clients and several sites that are down. At the very least, I'd like to know when everything would be fixed but they are not willing to commit to a timeline. So at this point, I have upset clients and nothing to tell them. On top of that, TMD host is currently charging me 4x the cost of other Wordpress hosts! I am happy to pay a premium for premium service but I wont continue service with them at this point.

I am using servers and hosting for around 20 years now.
TMDHosting is really one of the fastest I ever had.
Support is also very good, usually fast answers and they really try to find a solution.
Just moved to a new VPS here and the migration was done very fast and without problems.
Really happy with it so far.
