Misleading stock status
I specifically ordered goods that were in stock. When the order was placed the estimated delivery time was jumping between over one week and over six weeks. I called and asked if this was correct. The employee said that the items were in stock and also available in several stores. He advised to wait and said that it would probably be delivered in a week.
At the end of the next day the items were still not handed over for shipment. I called again and another employee told me that the items were not in stock even though the website said they were in stock.
I asked if the employee could not call to the store with the items in stock and have them ship the items. She said she could not call any stores. So far for excellent customer service....
She also said that the items were not in stock while they were still marked as in stock on the website. It was not possible for customers to see this.
In the end I had to cancel the order and order them somewhere else to receive them in time. Only now with even less time left before I needed the items.
No apology or whatsoever from the company.
