Fantastic staff, But...
Fantastic staff, goes above and beyond! But this time (been there once before) the equipment to lift the car didn't work, so my order for new tires, replacement and balancing, and mounting on the car couldn't be completed. So I ended up having the tires delivered, but had to mount them myself. The metal pieces that are mounted on the tires during balancing fell off when I unloaded them from the car before mounting. Not sure if that matters, but anyway...

We are, however, sorry that we were not able to complete the fitting of your tyres as planned this time due to issues with the lifting equipment. We fully understand that it was frustrating for you to have to fit the tyres yourself as a result.
Regarding the metal pieces that came off the tyres, if you believe this is due to a defect that we may be responsible for, you are very welcome to contact us or visit the store so that we can look into the matter further.

Excellent Website and Fast Pickup
