They renewed a contract when I explecitly cancelled months before and are now chasing me for payment. We never had any success when we tried using the service and it was complete waste of money down the drain. Far better exchange platforms that we use. If they credit and stop chasing this bogus invoice then I will remove this review
I’m extremely dissatisfied with Teleroute. My contract was automatically renewed without any notice or warning, even though I haven’t used the service for a long time. Now I’m forced to pay for another full year for something I don’t even use.
It feels like the company relies on customers being unaware, just to keep the money flowing. This is anything but customer-friendly and completely lacks transparency. A simple reminder or the option to cancel before renewal would have been the decent thing to do.
In short, be cautious if you plan to use Teleroute. Read the contract carefully and set a reminder to cancel on time. For me, never again.
