Company should shut down nor services are good or engineers. They only do is bluff you people that they are coming and fixing things but in reality they do nothing infact make it more worst. Never buy TCL products.

Purchased 43inch tv in jan 2026 and it blow up july 15th 2026. I purchased it from Amazon who only offer refunds not replacements. To be fair tho a tv lasting 6 months is shocking so i wouldnt want the same make again. But because if its poor performance im now without a tv until i recieve my money back.

We bought a 65-inch TCL TV 65Q7C and a TCL Soundbar Q85H Pro because we expected a same-brand ecosystem to work properly. Both were purchased from Amazon.es, and we assumed TCL would ensure basic compatibility between its own TV and soundbar.
Unfortunately, the eARC handshake does not work reliably, passthrough is unstable, and the setup remains stuck in PCM or produces distorted, wobbly sound when passthrough is attempted. We have already tried the standard fixes, so this is not a user error or a simple configuration mistake.
What is frustrating is that this appears to be a known issue affecting many users, yet TCL seems to deflect responsibility rather than clearly acknowledge software or compatibility failures in its own products. That kind of response damages trust and sends customers away from a brand that should be competing on reliability, not excuses.
TCL should be addressing these recurring compatibility problems internally and providing a genuine solution for home users facing eARC handshake failures. Doing so would help protect the brand’s reputation in Europe, which is being weakened by unresolved product interoperability issues.
No response..........
Haven't got the decency to reply to any emails. Puts people off from buying anything made by TCL. Can you imagine what support you would get once you purchased a TCL product. Waste of time, save your money and buy something worth having and will last.

Brand new 75 inch tv started glitching right at installation.
My ordeal began from that moment, TCL did everything they can to avoid doing anything,
Customer service is a joke.
It’s as if they have recruited unqualified uneducated uncouth employees purposely.
Never in my life will I buy or recommend buying anything from TCL.
U guys should be ashamed of yourself.

I bought our TCL 55" model 55Q51K on January 4th, 2026. It stopped working on June 27th, 2026. I have went in circles trying to get it fixed or replaced. Repair company has informed me that parts are backordered with no date on when parts will be available. I was told to contact TCL again to proceed to the next step. I emailed and spoke with two TCL employees today and was just sent another email that I've been scheduled again for repair. What good does that do when there are NO Parts available! Get it together TCL and just refund my money.

Rubbish tv,slow, sound very peculiar, doesn't respond properly 😑
32” smart TV very ‘laggy’ and the freezes.
Streaming apps freezing or jumping. Very slow to respond to remote control. Almost as if the memory isn’t enough or it’s losing WiFi connection. Very slow going through menus. Left in for warranty repair but not worked. Got refund and went for bigger reputable brand. Buy cheap - get cheap.

I started getting adverts popping up on my screen while it was trying ti slowly load Netflix, the adverts was for TCL and not Netflix!!
Maybe work on response time and functionality before you start trying to scam your pre-existing customers with your dodgy scam-verts! Not buying another TCL product, and will happily join a class action lawsuit against them.
Rubbish Customer Support
The customer support is frustratingly lacking in any kind of assistance. Computer generated responses to keep uploading the same video of problem. Over an hour spent on video call going through trouble shooting steps to no avail. Then apparently the Serial number is incorrect when it's the only number that says serial on the tv!
Refusing to send out a technician. Two weeks of back and forth with absolutely no resolution in sight.

Its been a month and I still haven’t received service for my defective TV although my TV is under warranty. TCL is jus trying to push time so that my warranty expires and I have to pay for the service thereafter
Absolutely useless
Without doubt this is the most useless pile of crap i have ever bought. Changing channels takes 4-5 steps and about 2 minutes, just to change channel. Its as if it questions everything you do rather than just doing what it should TCL is a brand I will never buy again.

Very worrest product with in months it was damaged installation not free, damage replace ment also not, no use of warranty and also asks extended warranty why extended normal also not useful that is tcl
A year on and still rubbish
It’s coming up a year now since I bought my 55” TCL 55” Freely TV.
Alas I still can’t think of one good word to say for it, or the abysmal Freely system that it runs.
The tv is anything but user friendly (except for prompting sign up for Amazon etc).
Generally, it Operates Slower than a Snail, Drops Out more times than I’ve had hot dinners, and frequently has to be (plug out of the wall) Powered Off & Rebooted, in order to completely reset it, (as the only way to resolve the Many Issues).
Frankly it’s a wonder I haven’t hurled the remote control through the screen in utter frustration.
Put simply buying this heap, goes down as one of my worst purchase Errors … EVER.
On a positive note I now watch less rubbish & listen to more music etc

Only one place for this TV and it's definitely not on the wall.... I put mine where it belongs in the bin worst TV I've ever bought.
Possibly the worst TV ever purchased
Possibly the worst TV ever purchased. Don’t know how the company gets away selling these. Live sport woeful laggy jumpy and scratchy picture. Reminds me of a sky glass tv. Picture isn’t sharp. 55 inch I bought. Going back to Argos for refund. Won’t use the company again and the customs service is worse. Don’t like it touch or take it back. Picture is awful and I’ve tried every setting for football it’s shocking. Other tvs don’t lag or have bad pictures like Samsung or LG. Rubbish
Buffering
I bought a 43Q651G TV. Great picture, sound. Problem is YouTubeTV buffers like crazy. No other steaming service. My IT guy said all is good with speed and transmission. So....this has Google TV on it (some kind of corp association), why isn't their YouTube TV not supported better? Couldn't get it to loaded this afternoon (shut off router, rebooted, no dice). So now...I'm broadcasting YouTube TV off my laptop onto the TV 😵💫. Makes no sense at all. WTF?
