Poor customer service

Been in touch with customer service as one of my remote AX5140Q speakers has failed and still in warranty. It seems clear to me that customer service are less than interested on helping me. Previous sound bar system was Samsung never had a problem.

Not very impressed

Never had a Hisense TV and unfortunately I'm not impressed. I can't set a reminder on my tv for programmes I want to watch later it just goes to the app straight away to watch on demand, not good for me. Too many different ways to get to apps which can be confusing. Handset not very user friendly as buttons duplicate.

Shocking customer service and exchange policy

Bought a 65 inch tv, plugged it into my high gain sattelite, whilst in sattelite freesat mode the tv listings guide didn't work, advised by Currys that to get an exchange I would need to get Hisense to admit there was an issue, on speaking to customer services they said that this problem was not considered a fault and would not consider an exchange without sending the TV back with a video of the fault and several other requirements I felt like I was being treated like a fool, if something is designed to work on sattelite network and doesn't IT IS A FAULT!!
having spent 5 hours on the phone to both yourselves and Currys 3 visits to the store, Currys agreed an exchange to replace with a replacement Samsung, I had to pay an extra £400 to get a TV which was fully sattelite functional, to exacerbate the situation I purchased a hisense sound bar which does not connect to the subwoofer, I am so disgusted with the service I have decided not to return it because the stress it would cause trying to get an exchange
I can honestly say it is the worst most stressful purchase I have ever made
I welcome your comments

Amazing 43 inch TV

Amazing 43 inch TV. The QLED technology gives you a sharpness and clarity that is stunning in its detail. The colour reproduction is (sometimes) a little over-enhanced but this is not disturbing. The sound quality with a Hisense soundbar simply enhances an already excellent viewing experience to another level. The remote control is intuitive and easy to use too. All in all, a terrific first experience with Hisense as a brand.

Money well spent

Had a few little problems setting it up but that's my fault and nothing to do with the TV. We are happy with the TV and look forward to watching it for many years to come.

Misold faulty fridge freezer with SQIDGY PLASTIC BROKEN NODE YHAT SHOULD HOLD THE SHELF

Misold faulty fridge freezer with a moulding weakness. The door shelf has fallen off. The nodule snapped off. When I opened the fridge door the shelf fell to the floor. The are accusing me of hitting it with a hammer and damaging it myself. The item was a pressie to myself, thinking it would be quality and that I had peace of mind as it had a 2 yr manufacturing warranty. I expected it to be fit for purpose but unluckily it had a manufacturing fault in the moulding. Where the weakness was there may have been an air bubble it is SQIDGY INSIDE, NOT HARD QUALITY PLASTIC as you would expect an over 400 pound fridge freezer to be.

Customer service is rude, accusing me of breaking it myself. Why would anyone take of the plastic shelf and hit the nodule with a hammer or hard force that would be required to damage a fir for purpose moulding??

I request a full refund or exchange ( but now I have seen that the plastic is a cheap SQIDGY mould inside like a children’s toy, I want my money back and to buy. Good Quality fit for purpose fridge freezer instead. This is a SCAM.

They even refuse to acknowledge that the plastic should be solid and weight bearing.

Do NOT BUY HISENSE… you could buy a better quality on TEMU for a fifth of the price.

TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD COME AND LOOK AT WHAT HISENSE INNER SQIDGY MOULDING LOOKS LIKE.

They owe me an apology and a FULL REFUND.

GETTING FREEVIEW IS NOT SIMPLE ENOUGH

GETTING FREEVIEW IS NOT SIMPLE ENOUGH, THE TV SOMETIMES SEEMS TO STAY ON A PREVIOUS CHOICE AND IT SEEMS EASIER TO SWITCH OFF AND RESTART THAN CHANGE AN EXISTING PROGRAMME NUMBER. IS IT REALLY A COMPUTER RATHER THAN A TV? COLOURS ARE A BIT TOO VIVID EVEN ON THE ENERGY SAVING SETTING.

Faulty From New, Failed Repairs and Some of the Worst Customer Service I've Experienced

I purchased the Hisense HS693A90XADUK Full Size Dishwasher expecting a reliable appliance from a well-known manufacturer.

Unfortunately, it has been one of the worst purchases I have ever made.

From the very beginning, the dishwasher failed to clean dishes properly and the drying performance was consistently poor. We followed all of the manufacturer's guidance, used the recommended programmes, cleaned the filters, loaded the appliance correctly and carried out every troubleshooting step requested. Nothing resolved the problem.

What followed has been months of frustration.

Hisense repeatedly requested photographs and information, which I supplied on numerous occasions.

There were delays in responding, emails that went unanswered and repeated chasing on my part simply to move the claim forward.

Eventually, engineers were arranged through Pacifica.

Despite multiple engineer visits, the appliance has never been repaired successfully. Following one repair attempt, the dishwasher actually became worse and developed a further fault, leaving it completely unusable.

The latest engineer visit summed up the entire experience. The engineer attended without the correct replacement part, meaning no repair could even be attempted. I had taken time away from work to be available for the appointment, only for it to be completely wasted because the correct part had not been supplied.

The customer service has been equally disappointing.

In particular, Emma, who dealt with my complaint, provided what I consider to be a very poor level of customer service. During one conversation, I was advised that my case would be reviewed with senior colleagues and that I would receive an update by email within a couple of hours. No update was ever received. Despite further emails from me chasing the matter, no meaningful response or follow-up was provided.

Making promises to customers and then failing to honour them only adds to the frustration and gives the impression that customer concerns are simply not being taken seriously.

Over the course of this complaint I have:
Sent numerous emails and photographs.
Chased unanswered correspondence.
Taken time off to attend multiple engineer appointments.
Endured repeated failed repair attempts.
Been left with a dishwasher that is now completely unusable.
At every stage I have cooperated fully, yet I have been left without a satisfactory resolution.

A premium appliance should not fail from new, and a manufacturer should stand behind its products when things go wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with both this dishwasher and Hisense's customer service has been extremely poor.

I have now completely lost confidence in the HS693A90XADUK and, based on my experience, I would not recommend either this dishwasher or Hisense's after-sales support. The product has been unreliable from the outset, and the handling of my complaint has fallen well below the standard I would expect from a major manufacturer.

I am also a Which? subscriber and will be reporting my experience to Which? so that they are aware of the standard of product quality and customer service I have received from Hisense. Consumers rely on independent organisations such as Which? when making purchasing decisions, and I believe it is important that my experience is shared as part of that assessment.

I hope Hisense takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements to both the reliability of its products and the standard of its after-sales support.
