Thank you for your feedback. We have taken a look and the tracking of your order shows this left us on Thursday 9th, delivery shows as attempted on Friday 10th and attempted again on Monday 13th.
After the 2nd attempt Parcel Force will retain the goods at the depot and await your instruction.
Finally shows delivered on Thursday 16th - not ideal but we do recommend someone to be home to accept deliveries safely
