A genuinely excellent family-run optician that delivers first-class service from start to finish. I honestly can’t thank Spex4less enough — they’ve been absolutely brilliant, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now.
The quality is exceptional, but what really sets them apart is the way they treat their customers. I’ve rarely experienced service this good from any company. You’re made to feel genuinely valued rather than just another order or transaction.
It’s the kind of personal, attentive service your grandparents might talk about from the “good old days”, when businesses knew their customers and took real pride in looking after them.

What a brilliant family run business, after ordering my sunglasses, I realised I might have left it to late, i communicated with them, telling them if possible could they get them to me before my holiday, obviously they advised me they could promise to, but would try their best, and they certainly did, they arrived a whole week before I go, what an excellent service, I will buy again.

Great selection, great service
I am a regular user of Spex4Less, their very competitive pricing means that I can buy additional pair of glasses whenever I like, rather then waiting for the need to change when my prescription is revised.
The on-line selection and ordering process is wonderfully easy, which is vital.
Delivery is very quick and received within a matter of days, so no long drawn out wait.
Even more important is the After Sales Customer Care offered by Spex4Less. I have need of a prism in one lens and Spex4Less have repeatedly been very helpful in making sure I receive the correct configuration.
