Excellent quality and customer service
They stopped my order before dispatch due to a minor quality-control issue, which they promptly informed me about and resolved by making a new pair of glasses. I’m really pleased they didn’t simply send them out and hope I wouldn’t notice.
This understandably delayed the order slightly, but now I’ve received them, I’m very happy with the result. Excellent customer service and attention to quality. I’ll definitely use them again.
