I bought some stuff on scooter attack, and canceled the order before its shipped.Since then i was 15 days I haven’t seen any of the money that was paid.Emailed them they just give me just generic answers which don’t help and when I asked then directly what is going on they vanished and closed the ticket.I lost money there such a waste of money.

I have bought over €3000 worth of stuff them over a month or two, they’ve sent me out a faulty exhaust which had a hole in it. I’ve emailed them four times to no answer. I’m just disgusted that I spent all my money with them as loyalty doesn’t seem to be a two-way street I’d recommend never buy off them

Very fast delivery, but unfortunately the chain slider did not fit my motorcycle despite being listed as compatible. I only discovered this during installation, and because it became slightly dirty while attempting to fit it, I could no longer return it. This was quite frustrating.

Asked a technical question regarding a very old CDI on my recent purchase. I know absolutely nothing about bikes, and Anja Grüder’s swift response with the correct and easy to follow technical information helped me massively! 5 start quick, comprehensive and friendly service!

I had an issue with a Stage6 Torque Control MK2 clutch that I purchased. After only 1-2 days of use, it failed due to what appeared to be a manufacturing defect.

I contacted Scooter-Attack's customer service, and after explaining the situation and providing some photos, they responded with extreme professionalism. Instead of making me lose time, they immediately recognized the problem and offered to send me a new replacement part at no extra cost.

Communication was clear and the issue was resolved in the best possible way. A special thanks to Fabian from customer support for his helpfulness. I highly recommend Scooter-Attack for the great quality of their products and, most importantly, for their exceptional after-sales service.

I ordrerd af gearbox bearing kit but got wheel bearings instead and I sent Them a mail but they hasnt answared me in over 6 days now and I have tryed to sent Them a mail again but they dont give response

My shipment box was clearly damaged upon arrival and an item was missing. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement item at once!

Very disappointing experience.
Several items were missing from my order – including both C-clips, and an M8 nut for the subframe. Some of the plastic bags were already torn open. The crankshaft was packed in wet foam and arrived dirty and greasy. On top of that, the intake manifold was just lying loosely in the box. This is not the level of quality or care I expect from a professional scooter parts supplier. I’m really dissatisfied and will think twice before ordering again.

I placed an order with Scooter-Attack and paid on July 2nd. It’s been almost a week since then, but my parcel still hasn’t been shipped. The GLS tracking status has been stuck since July 4th, showing “parcel data entered, but not handed over to the carrier.”

Despite my inquiries, I have received no clear information about the delay. Scooter-Attack is usually praised for fast shipping, but my experience has been very disappointing.

I hope the company resolves this issue and improves their customer service. For now, I advise others to be cautious with their expectations.

I was redpected and got everything I want

I ordered some parts and everything came good except the intake manifold, since they send the wrong one. I think they have some malfuction in the system because after they sent the wrong item I ordered the same part in my local bike parts store which supplies them from scooterattack and I again got the same wrong part.

Great scooter parts, loads of different things available. One part I ordered was sadly not available and did not get sent with the order. This got resolved within a day with a great compensation! Excellent customer service!

I recently placed an order it’s been well over a week still haven’t received no dispatch email and have tried to contact via email still have not had no reply regarding this issue

I ordered BCD side panels for my yamaha slider on 28-9-2024. Now a month has passed and i still haven't received it. Lost in transit?

Their custormer service isn't helpfull at all and most of my emails are being outright ignored.

Hello, I ordered some things on the website, but when I go to the checkout and fill in my card information, it says something is wrong. I should contact my bank and the arrival messages show the funds on hold. I checked how much the order costs at the bank and they say it's up to you what the problem might be

The product came to my door after a week from ordering it. The price was great, but the product is with light scratches.

paid for my order and did everything correctly but they only took my money and never got any confirmation about the order. Their customer support have not tried anything after i wrote to them.
