Ordered more than two weeks ago…
Ordered more than two weeks ago (19/10/2024), and still my package has not even started shipping. According to the website, my package should have arrived within 10 days. The customer service tells me that the package has been picked up for shipping on 24/10/2024 (11 days ago), but the status online still says "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready." . Customer service is not telling me when the package should arrive, what the tracking number of the package is, or any other shipping information. This makes me think that the package hasn't entered shipping at all.
Generally just not great communication.

Gentile cliente non comprendiamo la sua valutazione in quanto, il suo ordine e'stato effettuato il 14/08/24 ed è partito il giorno 21/08/24 (il punto vendita è stato chiuso per le ferie estive dal 14/08/24 al 18/08/24)Nel regolamento e' esplicitamente dichiarato che potrebbero servire dai 5 ai 15 giorni per la ricezione del pacco (la Bulgaria rientra nella zona 2)sappiamo che la consegna e'prevista per il giorno 27/08/24 per tale motivo siamo molto dispiaciuti del giudizio da lei espresso.

worst shoes ever
Surely the worst pair of shoes i've ever bought.
After the first night wearing them, the sole was already coming off of the shoe (on the side of the foot, just right where it bends when you walk). A week later, one of the elastic on the side went off.
After few weeks, the inside sole started moving, creating pretty painful pleats... And under thoses pleats, what do i see? Raw edge nails.... I just wore them tonight after weeks off and regarding the pain and the nails, there's no doubt, thoses shoes are a shame for all the italian shoe making compagny

Salve, il suo acquisto è avvenuto il 30 gennaio 2023. Da quello che scrive il difetto della suola si è presentato subito e dopo poco si è staccato l’elastico. Tutto questo avveniva 6 mesi fa, perché non ci hai mai contattati?
Su una produzione di migliaia di paia può capitare che qualcosa vada storto e se c’è un problema di fabbricazione saremo noi i primi a risolverlo.
Come vede il 98% delle recensioni è positiva e parlano bene del nostro prodotto e della nostra qualità.
Non abbiamo la superbia di poter influenzare tutta l’azienda calzaturiera italiana con una sola scarpa difettosa, ma siamo orgogliosi di poter far parte del Made in Italy grazie a un 98% di feedback positivi.
Hi, your purchase took place on January 30, 2023. From what you write, the sole defect appeared immediately and the elastic came off shortly after. All this happened 6 months ago, why did you never contact us?
On a production of thousands of pairs it can happen that something goes wrong and if there is a manufacturing problem we will be the first to solve it.
