It will be interesting if Rise develops its services to offer its customers a Visa or Mastercard as a means of payment.

Original text: Unable to complete onboarding as their AI rejected my proof-of-address document(ID document ok) .. Customer support is not reacting(2-3 days estimate and it’s 7 working days since) .. Also they sent me, that sending new messages again can delay the reaction, so no way to urge your request. Very terrible customer support, I would expect such a company, working with money, having good customer support.
After writing this review, the problem was solved next day. Changing to 3 stars.

Fast payouts with crypto, banks are also fast but don't request on a Friday (had to wait 2 week for it to process), on weekdays their payments directly to bank is also very fast, got it under 30 mins.

I've been waiting 3 days to withdraw my money. Customer support is useless. I don't understand what's going on. What do I need to do to withdraw my money? Tell me if this company is a scam—I'll stop working with them. Wake up. Your response is inadequate, and your slowness is worrying.

Funds arrived on monday, and cause of RSK and passkey not being able to withdraw. I have been trying to recover my rsk but is telling me passkey cannot be created while rise is telling me its under review and has been under review for 5 days. Communication is very bad and responses are very minimal and they dont answer. I am willing to change my review if they fix my problem.

Submitted documents via Rise's automated link, got sent to manual compliance. A few days later, told to resubmit via the same automated link — then bounced back to manual compliance again. This cycle has repeated multiple times over 2+ weeks. Every reply takes 3+ days andthen sends the same link again with no explanation of what's actually wrong. No progress at all;.

The support they have is second to none, I hope my journey stays positive as their support experience.

I accidentally exited the onboarding/KYC process before submitting any documents. The AI bot(Fin) correctly identified that my onboarding session needed a onboarding /kyc reset. However, after requesting escalation to a human, I received no further response from either the chatbot or a support agent. There was no confirmation that my reset request had been submitted, leaving my account stuck. I hope Rise improves the support process and provides clearer communication during onboarding issue

it’s been 2 whole weeks and i’m still unable to withdraw MY money. WHERE IS THE COMMUNICATION??? you cannot just hold peoples hard earned money and not let them know when they will receive it. these are my first payouts and i’m very frustrated that i haven’t got my money yet. £0 available to withdraw it says. SORT. IT. OUT!! a few days was fine but a whole two weeks with still no access is a JOKE. give me my money NOW
UPDATE:
they asked for my information TWICE and i gave them my email, expecting them to email me asap to resolve my issue withdrawing..and of course i haven’t received any email. your AI “support team” is appalling and embarrassing. i seriously did not expect to be waiting 3 weeks to be able to withdraw my money

has taken 10 business days to even email me back, i have thousands sitting in payouts that u cannot receive simply because the staff will not reach out to me to help resolve my problem

First time doing business with them. Signed up when it was still Rise v1. Now I recieved funds into my V2 account but i am unable to make withdrawals as there is no RSK password. I have done the recovery request. First they told me 24 hours. Then 48 hours. Agent told met 76 Hours. Now they change their story to 76 business hours? So does that mean i have to wait 2 WEEKS for them to review my case and actually withdraw my own money. Poor service.
Edit:
It has been 7 days or 168 hours now, and I'm still not able to withdraw my funds.Online agents keeps on sending me automated responses and no update happening, I just keep on hearing new excuses.
Edit:
Account is "at the last stage" according to their support, it has been at the last stage for 7 days already. KYC and everything has been done months ago.
No working passkey, no real update, and my funds are still stuck with more money going into the account in the next 7 days. This is sickening!

HOW TO SOLVE YOUR RSK
Go to your rise pay website>Profile>choose the Rise legacy V1 account>press that profile button on your top right of your screen>select security
You'll see your RSK but don't use that one as it won't work, create your own by pressing "Recover Security Key" >you'll have to enter those 12 words as they are from 1-12> then create your security key. Goodluck!!!

I had used Rise before to receive funds from my funding account; the withdrawal process was fast and efficient back then. On Monday, I sent the money from my funding account to Rise and received it, but when I tried to withdraw *my money*—using the same method as before—it asked for an RSK that I had *never* created. I contacted support, and they asked me to create a new RSK. I did as instructed, only to be told I had to wait 72 hours just to get authorization to create a new RSK. I’ve never had to wait that long just to set up a new key before, but anyway... 72 hours have passed, and I still haven't received any update. I’ve messaged the support team, but they simply ignore you, even when they’re online.
PROBLEM SOLVED. Thanks to the lady who posted how to solve this issue
