Order wrong, minimum wage workers hurt egos

They got my order wrong and forgot my drink, I ordered it again on a separate occasion and my Uber driver was changed 3 times, I could see they were waiting outside the store so it wasn't Uber at fault. I think there tiny egos were hurt when I called them out for forgetting my drink(given) even though it's not there business and there just minimum wage workers lol. This was in Wellington btw so I would not recommend going there.

First time

This is my first time at re burger in botany and the service is perfect. The workers served my food in a good amount of time and are really nice to chat with. I highly recommend.

Waste of money

First time going to shirley.wouldnt go back.overcooked small chicken tenders.chips that tasted old and not light and crispy like the other stores.not worth $20 won't be back to this shop.

Client comfort -Bombaby Branch Auckland-Burger was…

Bombaby Branch Auckland-Burger was delicious, chips crunchy but OVER SALTED service friendly. Dine in - no tray provided we were sharing a tray would have be helpful. The aircon was turned down so LOW it was freezing even despite having a thick fleecy pull over on. Unsure if this was to keep the guys in the kitchen cool. Hard wooden bench seats not a single cushion bench available. Consider the comfort of your clients for your elderly patrons and for people health conditions not everyone can sit on a hard plank of wooden seats.
