Falsely advertises a 25 year warranty

Advertises a 25 year warranty. However, when you make a claim they tell you that the product is expected to break in the timeframe under regular use, and that they will not honor the claim. In this case it's not a warranty then, is it?

"We have reviewed your digital images and with the number of years of usage of the pot exposed to heat source, metal can wear out, and it is worn and tear with normal usage.

The wear out is not a manufacturing defect and we are sorry your pot cannot be replaced under the warranty terms and conditions."
