Friendly, consistent, exceptionally helpful
We have used Luminosity several times over the years for lights and ceiling fixtures, and they have been extremely helpful every time. I most recently ordered a ceiling fan from them and communication was great throughout the entire process, including booking in the installation. Very friendly people with a lovely shop. Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

We’re sorry that your item arrived damaged. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to package items securely, damage can sometimes occur during transit with couriers.
When you called the shop to let us know about the damage, we asked you to send us a photograph of the item so that we could raise a claim with the courier and arrange a full refund. As this was the last one a replacement wasn’t possible, although had one been available we would of course have replaced it free of charge.
Unfortunately, we haven’t received any further correspondence from you, including the requested photograph, so we haven’t been given the opportunity to resolve the issue.
We’re always happy to put it right when things go wrong. We’re disappointed that you chose to leave a damaging 1-star review rather than allowing us the opportunity to resolve this satisfactorily.

Well worth the trip
We had been searching for a good lighting store for some time and found Luminosity Designs on the web. The store was some distance away but the trip was well worth it, They have an excellent stock to view and their knowledge is extremely extensive. They took the time to understand what type of lighting we were looking for and then showed us lots of possibilities until we made our selections. Thoroughly recommended.
