Great service, great plants 100% recommended

Easy to navigate website, good prices, the plants were very well packed for transport and delivery was fast. I cannot speak for the quality of the plants as they only just been planted, lets hope they all survive and do well. If so i will for sure be a repeat client.
PS others have asked me where i got my plants from, when i mentioned Lubera I am always told, "yes they great"

I've been ordering plants for them for few years now. They come in good health and plants are BIG with well developed root system. They are super well packaged.

I am very grateful that places like Lubera exist and that people do their job right.

Nitckpicks (would be nice if it was better but not critical):
-sometimes communication is slow 1-3 days during the peak of the season. To be honest if this doesn't change i am ok with it i'd rather have slower communication coming from competent human than random AI generated letters that resolve nothing.

I like the quality of plants I buy from Liberal. There are always some interesting deals. And when one from raspberry wilted in a month from purchase, customer service send me new one without question.

The delivery was made as promised. The quality of the plants is amazing. We have bought three trees for our balcony for Lubera and they are all very beautiful and healthy and exceeded our expectations and were even the images on the website! Great service, great plants 100% recommended.

Have purchased lovely plants in the past but due to brexit can no longer in the U>K .I understand Lubera were chasing a way to solve this in 2022 to 2023 .i hope there will be a way soon :O)

Ordered three different sets of young strawberry plants, arrived in excellent shape, each with a strong rootball. Strongly recommend.

The customer service was great, quick replies... plants were very good, packing was also very secure... the only reason I am giving 4*s and not 5 is because of the delivery service used 'DPD'... I placed a large order with several boxes of Bamboos... somehow a couple of boxes were delivered on Thursday and the others didn't arrive until Monday or Tuesday, looking not as lovely as those delivered earlier... I don't know why they were separated as it was one large order, but i would recommend using a different delivery service, so the beautiful plants will arrive faster and in a better condition... but thanks again for all your help and for the great service! 🤗

Plants were good quality, very well packaged and arrived in good condition.

I have purchased various fruit trees and plants from lubera over the years and I can honestly say that they have been by far the best fruiting plants that I have grown in the Northeast of England. The Redlove Apple trees never fail and produce magnificent crops every year along with the Strawberry varieties I also have purchased. Marcus who runs the operation has excellent videos on gardening and how to grow his Plants which is very helpful.

Ordered Tahiti Lime and Amalfi lemon - delivery to Ireland was fast and we got very nice and healty plants. Well packaged too. Lubera is a real gem - most extensive range of plants I have seen ! Also great that you can read advice on growing. Customer service was flawless. Highly recommended !

I have just received my order from Lubera and I have to say how impressed I am with the company. Regardless of previous reviews I'm glad I went ahead with the order. My apple tree and raspberry arrived in excellent condition and in just 2 weeks considering it was coming from another country. This company deserves praise and I would definitely recommend it.

Worst online company if you are looking for a refund. I spent fifty pounds on plants that were delivered dead and just thrown into a box. I cried at the sight of them. I was promised a refund but having emailed so many times, and then being sent a screen shot of refund, it still has not arrived in my account. Chased so many times, even emailing owner of company. His reply was that he doesn’t get involved with customers. We are his business, so he should get involved. We are in our late seventies and really upset by this attitude. The plants were going to be gifts. I just want a refund and then use the better online garden companies. Shame on this company for causing distress.

Rarely do I bother taking the time to leave a review however due to the somewhat poor nature of the reviews Lubera has compared to the faultless experience I had thought it was worth the time.

Firstly the selection they have is one of the best which is what lead me to use them rather than the more reputable Suttons which is usually the go to for me and many others. I ordered 4 items, all were soft fruit of different varieties, they dispatched within 3-5 days and arrived within the 2 weeks as stated. All in healthy condition (not perfect but is to be expected with extended shipping).

The price was also very reasonable and they came with some good leaflets and a poster. The accompanying youtube series they have to the website is good for scouting varieties of plants. The info on their website is a little lacking but nothing that cant be found with additional research elsewhere which i assume most people should be doing before buying and planting anything anyway.

I will be using them in the future and recommend to at least give them a chance, even if its with a small order at first to get a good experience yourself.

Very pleased with first order, quality and price of plants. They sent me a !0% discount voucher for next order but when I tried to place it the site said it couldn't find the voucher code. No reply when I phoned up three times. No reply to e mails. Then I e mailed the boss of the whole business and got a very friendly reply from Anke Bohla saying they would put in the discount by hand. Hope it works, but probably it will. Also I read on this site that the person who answers the phone in UK goes on holiday and has no answer phone so if Anke Bohla hadn't replied I'd have waited a week or so and phoned again. Thanks Trustpilot.
