Ordered two packages, one by mistake. Within a minute of my order I emailed them to ask to cancel my first order which was submitted by mistake. Within 30 minutes I got a response saying the order could not be cancelled as it had already been shipped (!). I was told my only option was to pay for registered post to return the item once I receive it, putting me out of pocket for shipping it back and forward. Quite poor experience (this happened today 30/07/2026, but the calendar does not allow me to put today's date)

Disgusting customer service, the app doesnt allow to enter my personal details or manage my account, I have sent emails telling about this problem and since nothing has been done, I asked that I want to unsubscribe, but still no response and they kept charging me month after month. So I had to cancel my Bank card to avoid being scammed again.

I purchased the SRC Health Pregnancy Mini Shorts in October and received them sometime at the end of October. The purchase was straightforward and the shorts seem to be good quality, but they were too tight for me around the waist, so I emailed Kegel8 for a return on November 11th, then again on the 27th and 30th. The email address was the one indicated on the website. I never received a reply and have, therefore, not been able to return the shorts.

The probe is extremely uncomfortable would be better if they have a round probe instead of it being like a spoon and trying to keep that in position

I bought the kegal 8 V 20 ages ago and I had a reaction to the gold probe. I was red and sore inside and got urine infections etc that lasted for weeks. I stopped using the kegal 8 for a bit and went back to it and bang the irritation came back. Turns out it was the nickle I was allergic to. So I bought the comfort probe from kegal 8 as it says clearly its allergy free. This has since been removed. It arrived and I was too scared to use it incase I got a reaction again.
I then looked at the electrode pads that came with the machine and done my research... why wasn't I advised when I spoke to someone from kegal 8 that this could be another way to use the machine without getting a reaction?
If im honest the support I recieved from Kegal 8 staff was poor in terms of my reaction. They did not suggest once using the pads.
I have started today using the electrode pads on my sacrum and I will report back how my pelvic floors are!

Built in obsolescence with this machine. Always had trouble with it, left in cupboard for a few years and now need it again and it refuses to make a contact. Very disappointed, expensive and then it lets you down when you need it.

I purchased the Kegel8 V for men. I’ve had a slight improvement when using this device. I’m yet to find a real routine in usage; but can see the improvements that could come with regular usage. If pelvic strength is an issue, I would try using the Kegel8.

I have a mild bladder prolapse (not protruding out yet) after the birth of my LO 5 years ago and been symptom free until a couple of months ago after I came out of a boot following foot injury. Been feeling heaviness and dragging so decided to try these shorts. They help relieve the feeling of heaviness and dragging.
Customer service is excellent in particular to Fiona who answered my emails in a timely manner.

Great product. Detailed instructions. Sent in good time.

Short version: after the review, the manufacturers got in touch and, saying it was under warranty, replaced the unit free of charge

Have had two of these, and both have failed after occasional/light use. The second one seems like a software issue that might be resettable, but no response from customer service [EDIT--I later found this in my spam folder, sorry]. Impossible to say if there has been a positive effect. I am looking for alternatives

EDIT 30 sept 2025: The problem is that the screen lights up, but only the "P" button works occasionally. I've tried opening up the case. and found there was a white powder under where the buttons press the switches. Dusting it produced no improvement, think I may try swabbing them with alcohol next.

15 Oct: Have been contacted by customer services who say it is under warrenty and can be returned. I have been a little slow but when I went to create the returns label on Royal Mail, it wouldn't accept my address. Contacted Kegel8 again and they sent a QR code/label to me directly

30 Nov: Apologies for slow reply. I now have the new unit and it is working fine, so have updated my score and title

I bought Kegel8 Tight and Tone a few months ago and I definitely think there has been an improvement with stronger sensations and better sensitivity.

I’m glad this gadget has been invented - very impressed!

NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!

I purchased a KEGEL8 earlier this year. Although I always follow the instructions to a T, the unit intermittently cuts itself out, meaning IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I have tried 3 times to contact the Company as instructed on their website. Although they have acknowledged receipt the have failed to contact me any further. My unit is still under guarantee! Without any support from this company, I believe I should contact Trading Standards.
