up until now every thing is wonderful with this Kualo platform.
I am trying to gather my courage actually to create what i sent out to do with our foundation website.

Bought a domain and had my transaction held up for verification for some reason.

Called support and they said it was because my country of residence differed from my country of banking and I would need to submit documentation to confirm my purchase.

Cancelled the purchase and bought the domain elsewhere for the same price. It's a URL, not a mortgage, why would you overcomplicate it?

Service rep was polite and professional so happy to give a single star for that part of the experience.

spent 45 minutes with support to renew a domain without success, unsure if is incompency or their antiquate UX, UI, techonology stack: I'll create a ticket to formally document the issue and ensure the concerns you've raised about the renewal workflow and user experience are reviewed by the appropriate team. I understand your frustration, and I agree that a domain renewal should be a straightforward process.

From signing up for my charity site to ongoing running of the site I have found Kualo have been consistently helpful and prompt in helping me generate a site.

Although at this time I am not subscribed to any of their services, I have used them in the past and plan on using them in the future. I will recommend Kualo to anyone who asks me for the following reasons, aside from their products, they respond back to me in a timely manner and are eager to resolve any issues that I may have. Kualo have been hosting my website for a number of years now and everything runs smoothly. Their pricing is very good and whenever I need support with something technical (I'm not very technically minded) they are really helpful!
