Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly believe this website is a scam. I placed an order, but it never arrived. I contacted customer support multiple times through every available method and never received a single response. No updates, no refund, no explanation—just complete silence.

I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this website unless you are willing to risk losing your money. Based on my experience, this company is completely unreliable and does not care about its customers.

Excellent experience

I haven't seen a better selection or prices in Germany for retail orders. It's definitely 5 or even 10 times cheaper than in stores. Feedback is quick, and they are always ready to answer any question. This isn't my first order, and I'm always delighted with the result.

Great costumer service!

Great costumer service!
I made a mistake with my adress, there for it could not be deliverd. The costumer service saw that it was going to be send back to them. When I contacted them, they told me they would ship my order out again(with the correct adress) they did it the same day!
I’m very pleased with their service!
