thank you for your feedback and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
After reviewing your order, we found that the parcel was unfortunately returned to us by DHL before leaving the export parcel center due to missing customs data being transmitted electronically. As a result, the order could not be delivered to you.
We also checked the refund status with our accounting department. Unfortunately, your refund was not processed automatically as intended because of the payment method used. This issue has now been resolved and your refund was processed today.
We are very sorry for the delay during this process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Up until now I have only good experience with hans natur company. Products are nicely packed, all the info how to clean it properly is also there, delivery is fast, and even small unexpected bonuses are also there. Thank you for your nice service!

Price/quality relation is very good. Descriptions and photos are reliable. The size-tables are helpful. The ordered products were delivered very fast, I cannot imagine a better way of packing. All products were in optimal conditions.
