Great selection - unreliable service
I’ve now made 7 orders with Gourmondo in the last 3 years. They have a great selection of goods, however on 2 of the orders I have experienced problems with availability of the goods ordered and the latest 2 orders the goods never arrived despite trying different couriers. All 7 orders were made to the exact same address. Cannot recommend due to poor reliability. Customer service is also extremely difficult to reach by phone.

100% disappointing
I ordered some coffee beans, which should've been delivered after 2-3 days. It's been 16 days now, they still haven't arrived!
I talked to the customer service twice: The first time they told me that they didn't know what happened with my order.
The second time they told me that they would speak with the manager to fix the problem, find out what was going on with my order and to compensate me for the delay.
That was three days ago and I haven't heard from them yet.
All in all terribly disappointing, definitely can't recommend!

Some product are indicated as available, you order them and they are not sent but still available on line. Very confusing....
Also you always need to send reminders when you ask something via email.

Great products and quick delivery, but could be better
Great products and quick delivery, but... when no one is home to accept the delivery it is rather counterproductive to then deliver the package at the postoffice, which is far away instead of a delivery point close to the home address? Having to go to the post office and taking a taxi to take the heavy package home rather defeats the purpose of ordering something online.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced problems by delivery. Please understand that Gourmondo.de does not have any influence on DHL's delivery policy, when the recipient is not at home. DHL has also the option to arrange with you a place (at your home, yard or neighborhood), where the delivery man can leave the parcel if you are not there ( "Abstellgenehmigung").
Please contact the DHL directly and ask for that option.
Tasty products, quickly delivered
We are very happy with the olive oil and smoked paprika sent by Gourmondo. The items were well-packed and the package arrived punctually. Thanks for the good service. We'll order from Gourmondo again.
