Great selection - unreliable service
I’ve now made 7 orders with Gourmondo in the last 3 years. They have a great selection of goods, however on 2 of the orders I have experienced problems with availability of the goods ordered and the latest 2 orders the goods never arrived despite trying different couriers. All 7 orders were made to the exact same address. Cannot recommend due to poor reliability. Customer service is also extremely difficult to reach by phone.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced so many problems by previous 2 deliveries.
We can only assume that delivery service could not find your company name, since it was written after street and house number. Therefore we can only suggest for next orders with us, to leave your company name just next to your name and surname.
