I’m sorry you haven’t received an update regarding your returned wallpaper.
I’ve checked the order and can’t see that a return request has been submitted, and we also don’t currently have any record of the return being received against the order. It’s therefore possible there may have been a mix-up with the return process or the parcel may have been sent back without the required return request being submitted.

The glue bucket arrived broken
The glue bucket arrived broken. First, they said they'd only refund 50% of the bucket price as a voucher to use on next purchase from their website and wouldn't pay it to my bank account according ro their policy. Then, when I asked for a replacement, they changed their policy and offered a 50% refund to my bank account. They just make up their rules as they go along.They should stick with their words.

We’re sorry you feel this way, however, your review does not accurately reflect what happened.
Our policy for a tub of paste that has leaked but remains fully usable is to offer 50% of the product value as credit to the customer’s account. This is because the product itself is still usable, and it also avoids unnecessarily replacing and disposing of a product that does not need to be replaced.
When you contacted us, we explained this policy and offered the account credit as the agreed solution. You then asked about alternative options and subsequently changed your preference regarding how you wanted the matter resolved.
Although our policy is to offer account credit in these circumstances, we decided to make an exception in your case and offered you a 50% refund back to your original payment method instead. This was done as a goodwill gesture to try to resolve the issue, despite this not being our standard policy.
We therefore did not "make up our rules as we go along". We initially followed our stated policy and then, after further discussion, chose to make an exception and offer an alternative resolution.
We always try to be reasonable and provide customers with a fair solution. In this case, the product remained usable and we offered compensation accordingly, including making an additional exception to our normal policy. We’re disappointed that, despite this, you remain unhappy with the resolution.

I was really pleased with this company
I was really pleased with this company. I had seen a wallpaper online but I could not view it at either of the two UK suppliers showing online.
I contacted Gowallpaper as they supplied the Brand of wallpaper I required. They did not have samples of the required wallpaper but asked me to give them the details. I explained I didn't want to purchase wallpaper without viewing it. They supplied me with samples of the design in three different colours free of charge. I placed my order and the goods were received earlier than the estimated delivery date. Overall I was very happy with the service I received
