Great Service!!
Golilla were incredible. From the second they were given the delivery task by Leroy Merlin, they kept me up to date with everything to do with the delivery. First they sent me a message when the possible dates were, then they narrowed it down to a few dates and then, surprisingly, they also narrowed down the hours that the consigment would have been delivered. Usually companies tell you something like from 08.00 to 16.00, instead they literally brought it down to about three hours if I remember well, which obviously means that you do not have to wait around all day for your package to arrive. Great service!!

Great job from the courier.
Great job from the courier who called me and then waited for me to arrive. There was a misunderstanding with the warehouse people, so they were not there when the courier arrived. He called me and was so gentle to wait for me, that was highly appreciated. I know how important the time is for a job like this one.

very reactive. If you ask for a specific delivery hour, they try to accomodate. I had a number of deliveries with them and it always worked.
