I had an excellent experience with this delivery service today. The two gentlemen who came to my home were very kind, courteous and brought the items into my cantina as agreed upon with the company I purchased them from. Last time I had a delivery, the man would not honor that service. They were great! I would highly recommend this company.

Everything from the beginning of the process of reaching out to Send My Bag to the end where I received my goods was perfect. I did have to call customer service a couple of times because I was nervous about my items getting to Italy safely and every single time I spoke to them they were very helpful! I had no issues whatsoever
