Upside should be more honest about your refund. I’ll look at the app before I get to the gas station it will say 10 cent back per gallon , but when you get there it drops to 4 cents a gallon. When you pay through your Apple Pay it doesn’t recognize your purchase cause I’ve been waiting 17 days for 10 cents a gallon on a 72.00 purchase that o still haven’t received.

Cashback issue resolved promptly!
I made a gas claim late and Upside couldn't find it, so they delayed my cashback. After 10 days I contacted Support and they promptly resolved my issue. In the past year I have gotten $100 in gas cashback and I had yet to use it with other purchases.

I made a purchase at a retailer that was offering 20% cash back. I used a physical card not my usual digital card. Upside denied the cash back but when I contacted them and explained they were the same account that had different last four digits and uploaded my receipt they processed the cash back offer of 20%. I am grateful that Upside responds to requests from consumers.

It's the best way to save money on gas, which is so important with gas prices as high as they are. I can easily compare gas prices at area stations. I have saved money at Kroger too.

The chat feature has always helped me quickly, when I have any problems. If the issue needs to be known by customer service, the chat sends them a message. I get an email right away with a “ticket number” saying they will get it solved. And they do solve it, whether it be my fault or not. I do make mistakes of my own. Either way it is great to get an answer.

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support, you used to be able to get help from a real person, but they replaced all their help with bots. I'd recommended different cashback sites over this one, its options are slim and it takes a long time to cash out.

Since I have been using Upside, I've earned over $1,400.00. I use with my work truck and sometimes I'll fill up 3 times in a day. And with my personal vehicle, maybe twice a week.
The few times that I have had an issue. Upside has taken care of the problem real quick. And most of those has been due to a dirty lens on my camera.
