Juist bij een product dat maar op één specifiek moment gebruikt kan worden, begrijpen we dat dit voor veel frustratie zorgt.

I placed on Monday an order for eclipse sunglasses. Their website mentioned that if order is placed on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday during the day. Today is Friday and no order is received. I’ve sent 2 emails with no reply.

All orders were processed and handed over to DHL on time, but a complete sorting cart was unfortunately misplaced at DHL's facility. Because we take full responsibility as a merchant, we want to solve this for you immediately:
1. Pick up in Almelo: If you live nearby, please stop by our physical store at Grotestraat in Almelo. Show your stationary Track & Trace status to receive free replacement glasses from our reserve stock.
2. Full refund: Go to https://www.getdrezzed.nl/retourneren/, fill in your order number and email address, and select "product te laat geleverd". We will process a complete refund including shipping costs straight away.
We sincerely regret the frustration caused by this delay!

They sell fake products that can damage customers' eyes
I don't recommend anyone buy anything from them.
I bought two Absolute Eclipse sunglasses from them. I just received the package and followed the official guide to verify them; however, the result is that the sunglasses are not in the official product database.
So I think I can say they are selling fake Absolute Eclipse sunglasses, which could completely destroy their customers' eyes!
