As important though is the after sales support. 11 months from making my initial order, when I needed help, they were immediately in contact and communicated quickly throughout to resolve the problem. the product works as stated the price is realistic , the spare parts if needed are affordable the persons i spoke with are supper helpful , i bought 2 stainless steel replacment fans as the orijinal was steel and had done 4 years of hard work they cost australian $ 300 including. post tnt delivererd to the door , in less than 3 weeks. form italy ,,the product helps starting , and makeing the fire start instantly and cleaning or placing new timber in the fire i just tern the fan on and no smoke or dust , espesualy when cleaning the heater , great product ,, 10000 percent happy

Can’t seem to ship to the USA. Don’t provide correct paperwork. Don’t reply to emails. After three weeks found out FedEx returned the item to them. Still no response from Gemi.

Our wood stove would put smoke into our house every time we started a fire or added wood. Also a horizontal section of flue pipe would fill with creosote each year and need cleaning.
After installing the flue fan everything changed for us. We start fires on level 5 or 6 with no smoke entering the house and it helps get the fire going strong. Then we set the fan to 1 to control the burn rate of the wood.
No smoke in the house and a clean flue after a long winter burning season, what used to be about 2 inches of creosote build up is now less than a 1/16 of an inch.

Gemi Elettronica is a truly fabulous company. Their smoke extractor is a fantastic product that removed every particle of smoke from my room. It was delivered extremely quickly to the UK from Italy and has worked flawlessly for the past two years.
It actually stopped working on its third run and Gemi responded immediately. Gemi customer care told me they were greatly surprised that it wasn’t working and said they would send a courier to collect the machine, take it back to Italy for repair and send it back to me. However, they asked me to check my electrician’s work first. Sure enough, our electrician informed us he had not connected the cable property and it had fallen off the Gemi machine!
I can therefore assure any prospective buyer that if anything does go wrong (highly unlikely!) you can rely on Gemi to sort it out immediately - both the reliability and performance of their machine and their customer care and after sales service are ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!! I have no hesitation in recommending Gemi Electronica to everyone!!!
