Gemi Elettronica is a truly fabulous company. Their smoke extractor is a fantastic product that removed every particle of smoke from my room. It was delivered extremely quickly to the UK from Italy and has worked flawlessly for the past two years.
It actually stopped working on its third run and Gemi responded immediately. Gemi customer care told me they were greatly surprised that it wasn’t working and said they would send a courier to collect the machine, take it back to Italy for repair and send it back to me. However, they asked me to check my electrician’s work first. Sure enough, our electrician informed us he had not connected the cable property and it had fallen off the Gemi machine!
I can therefore assure any prospective buyer that if anything does go wrong (highly unlikely!) you can rely on Gemi to sort it out immediately - both the reliability and performance of their machine and their customer care and after sales service are ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!! I have no hesitation in recommending Gemi Electronica to everyone!!!
