At the same time, the lessons are flexible—if you want to focus on something else, your teacher can easily adapt the class instead of following the platform step by step.

Customer support has also been excellent. Whenever I needed help, the school responded quickly and efficiently.

If I had to mention a couple of things that could be improved, I would say that 60-minute lessons feel a bit long for me. I think 45 minutes would be the perfect length. I also wish there were a built-in spaced repetition system for vocabulary and phrases from previous lessons. Even simple flashcards reviewing words from earlier classes would be a great addition.

Overall, I think the price reflects the quality. It's not the cheapest language school, but it's clear that they invest in high-quality teachers, a well-designed platform, and a great learning experience. I would definitely recommend it.
