Dont use this website. The tutors are great but the site absolutely gouges customers. I booked a subscription, found a tutor explained that I would prefer each two weeks instead of one, to which they agreed. So I signed up for a month as that's the minimum, and with one lesson left they renewed without informing me, and deleted the lesson I had left. So I cancelled the upcoming payments because I had some left, and they cancelled my subscription. I used one of the new four and currently habe two booked, but the fourth one in now gone.
They are scam artists and should be avoided at all cost.

It's a great platform

I had a very positive experience with the Preply Support team. They took the time to understand my concern, reviewed the information I provided, and treated me with patience, courtesy, and professionalism throughout the process. Although the final decision was not the outcome I had hoped for, I felt that my concern was taken seriously and given a fair review. I greatly appreciate the time and effort of everyone involved. It’s good but one bad experience with a tutor tainted the whole experience of the platform.

I had an issue with my profile, and they were patient with me and resolved the issue. Their customer is care is so good and reliable. They reply on time, and if they can't attend to your problem immediately usually because of a high rate in demand, they explain themselves. I love it. Thank you preply 🙏🏾

When problems arise, the persons in charge try to resolve them through chat. I am so satisfied
