Emily was awesome. I was feeling so defeated and she remained calm while I was on 100.... She kept reassuring me that she was not trying to force me into something that I wouldn't be happy in, and low and behold the PERFECT car came in. The same exact car that I had in 2021, but in 2025. Thank you Emily for your sweet personality and patience.

No hassle experience whatsoever, it said I was approved online and when I got there I really was, the salesman was the best ever...so polite and helpful, very knowledgeable and gave 110% helping me purchase the car but was never pushy at anytime ! Highly recommend !

I purchased a vehicle from the dealership in West Ashle October 18, 2025, and after about 2 and a half months the engine light came on and had to get it serviced. Not even a month later issues again and the truck was down February 23 - May 18 2026 due to not having enough funds for repair and none of my issues were covered under warranty. Now 2 months later this week July 20, 2026 I was informed that there was more major repairs now needing to be done and warranty does not cover again. I need help.

I would recommend Drivetime to anyone! I was helped by Jubert and he was fantastic in every way. I am driving off the lot with a wonderful vehicle because of him. If you need a vehicle quick, simple, and easy then this is the place for you.

Went there with an appointment to see a particular car, appointment was made Saturday morning and the appointment was Monday. The car was gone. Then the manager tells me I needed a co-signer by the way she was rude. So I call someone send a Lyft to get them there and she said she had to have a license, which she never said and was still very rude. Needless to say I wasted time and money I would not recommend going to the one in Winterville, Nc until they find new management because the customer service was horrible. There is now way you shouldn’t tell someone everything they need to know beforehand

Larry is the best, if you go here ask for him to help you, he makes it easier and faster, left happy, give this guy a raise

He was very welcoming, professional and helped me throughout my purchase! He answered any and all of my questions on top of us having conversations about life.
