I have a ten month old battery charger…
I have a ten month old battery charger and contacted Draper for a replacement, they told me to go back the company that sold the unit, they have not responded.
I would have thought that the warranty should be honoured by Draper but I thought wrong.
So I will have to go out and purchase a new unit and put this one through recycling. Will not be using Draper again as they do not honour warranty.

I had an issue with a rotary composter …
I had an issue with a rotary composter The product itself has worked brilliantly up to now - but after a while using it the frame cracked and started to splinter. Though way past any guarantee the Draper Tools told me that they did not sell frames as separate parts - but then sent me a new frame absolutely free - in my experience that is an unheard of level of super customer service.

56 inch tool box(now called the bunker)…
56 inch tool box(now called the bunker) the back locking bar broke just after the years warranty ran out. Draper can’t supply this part.so the box now can’t be locked. Expensive tools are now stored in another reputable company’s box. These tool boxes are not premium quality.

delivery of van vault bought off eBay, no advance notice of delivery, Fedex card left, tracking number was for a tnt delivery, got a call from Fedex to try rearrange delivery but all went wrong there, rand Fedex again who couldn't do anything as it wasn't there depot but a tnt depot in another town, contacted draper to say get it returned to them and 3 days later turned up and received by my neighbour without permission to leave with them, now stuck with something i no longer want or have to have time off work for a collection or pay to send it back myself, very unsatisfactory.

Drapers don't care about their customers.
I have bought two hose reels (15046) over the past 4 years, the first one started leaking badly, the next one lasted only two years before failing to hold ie it constantly retracted.
When I sought advice from Drapers Customer Service as to how to rectify this one I was told that there was nothing that they could do about it, and as it only had a 12 month warranty that is as long as I should expect it to last! This is an expensive item and I am appalled at their attitude. No more Drapers products for me, and I will tell as many people as I can the same.
