Outstanding customer service
My first experience with Dhondt, and one I'll remember. I placed my order based on the product image on the site – a gift box that included 2 cut-glass tumblers. When I received the item, I was disappointed to see the glasses were very different from the image (due to the supplier changing the product). I emailed my complaint and received a phonecall within a short time, with a concrete, and highly satisfactory solution to the problem. In a country not known for its customer service, I was blown away. I'll definitely recommend Dhondt for their care and great service.
