I’ll give two stars due to former good experiences with this company.

Although I will never shop here again, and i don’t recommend others doing so either.

Purchased a computer monitor which clearly had a factory fault. There is a foreign object (dust I believe) inside the monitor between the layers. Clearly visible as a production malfunction.

First they ask me to contact the manufacturer (ASUS) myself which in my mind is ludacris. Then they refuse to swap it for a new monitor, before they send it to the manufacturer. So because the product they sold me is faulty, I have to wait 2-4 weeks without a monitor.

Utter ridiculous. Terrible service.

I ordered a product that was on backorder to be delivered 28 of January. It is 22 January and I was already able to pick up the item.
It is only one of many good experiences I had shopping there.

Easy to pay, quick delivery. Too many mails though. Some mails were "not confirmations" others were. Try to simplify as it is confusing.

Don't buy from this site if you found something cheaper than on other sites. They will 100% cancel the order, because the price was too low.(Even if it was slightly lower than recommended item price.) They just posts advertisments on Pricerunner with the product on good deal price to attract attention then cancel the orders and raise the product to unreal prices. Also poor customer service,that don't even answer the questions and just write that the order is cancelled. If you think that you found an good deal here , just ignore it , is not worth the waiting time just to get a cancellation message or to miss an discount on another sites.

I wanted to buy a pair of Huawei pro 4 headphones, but on Google before opening the page it says it costs 1045 DKK and after opening the page it costs 1606 DKK. Such stores should be closed permanently and the owners put in prison...

Extremely poor experience with Compumail.

I placed an order for two headphones and received an order confirmation. Shortly after, I was asked to call and confirm the order, which I did.

Despite confirming the order by phone, it was cancelled just a few minutes later without my consent. When I contacted customer service again, I was informed that the cancellation was caused by an internal system issue and that I should place a new order.

When I attempted to reorder the same two items, the price had increased by 97 DKK per item, meaning 192 DKK more in total.

As a result, I was expected to pay a higher price due to an internal issue on the company’s side. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Compumail.

Ordered an expensive cutlery set as a gift. It arrived damaged straight from the warehouse – torn film and crushed corners on the original box. Customer service refused a free return, claiming the cutlery itself is fine. Completely unacceptable and not fit for gifting. Terrible service and poor quality control.

Ordered a TV on black Friday with a good discount, now they can't deliver it and have cancelled my order. They said their supplier wasn't able to deliver it to them, but it sucks for me the customer who now has missed the black Friday sales because of Compumail's bad supply chain.

Super quick, reliable through customer service for any question. Ordered the day before and received the very next day. Awesome.

Super fast delivery. Well packed. Quality Item for cheaper prise

Super fast service: ordered products in the afternoon and got them packed and sent in the evening of the same day.

I am extremely disappointed with Compumail.
My order was suddenly canceled without any proper explanation. When I called customer support, I was told that I had to place the order again — but the money was already reserved on my bank account. Now I have to wait up to 7 days for the refund.

Because of this, my wife will not get her iPad this Black Friday.
This is completely unacceptable. Terrible service, zero responsibility, and very poor organization.

I will never buy from Compumail again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I received my order only 2 days after ordering it, I was surprised with the fast elivery. I am so happy with my order.
