I ordered emergency 24 hour oil for £520.00 it didn’t arrive today 24 hours later and all they can say is it’s unfortunate and won’t give me a refund for what I would have paid as it will now be 48 hours. This is my second terrible experience with them, zero customer service, absolutely disgraceful no explanation or attempt to make things right . Don’t order from them

I only have one complaint and that is the fact that you could not give me a rough delivery time. I do not expect you to say a specific time , but am or pm would be good enough. The driver arrived at 16.00.
I asked him when he would be done for the day and he said we were his last delivery, so we had to make sure one of us was in from early morning onwards when there was no need to. I would have thought that with all the modern technology that we have today you would have been able to give us a better answer than " it will be delivered on 18/07/2026.
