False advertising banner promises a…
False advertising banner promises a coupon of 10 euro for signing up to a newsletter. Never got it. Wrote them to ask why, they said they would look into it. Days later they gave me a coupon, but it still didn't work. I wrote them again and was told I had to spend a minimum amount. I tried and it still didn't work, so I wrote again and was told I can't have things on sale in the order, but now the arrows I wanted to buy are out of stock. Feels a bit scummy to spend time on this, when it is because of bad advertising practices... You get all the shit mails but none of the rewards. At the time of writing this review the website still promises 10 euro for your first purchase without mentioning any of the requirements.
I've updated this review to say that BogensportWelt did end up honouring the promotion as it was promised after multiple communications back and forth, although it wasn't until I directly linked the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive that explicitly states it as illegal.

Unser Newsletter-Gutschein ist an bestimmte Bedingungen geknüpft, unter anderem an einen Mindestbestellwert und den Ausschluss bereits reduzierter Artikel. Wir verstehen jedoch, dass diese Voraussetzungen für den Kunden bereits bei der Bewerbung des Gutscheins klar und unmittelbar erkennbar sein sollten. Wenn dies an der entsprechenden Stelle nicht ausreichend deutlich dargestellt wurde, entspricht das nicht unserem Anspruch an eine transparente Kommunikation.

BAD SERVICE
BAD SERVICE - Felt like i wasn´t welcome.
I grabbed the handle to frontdoor at BogensportWelt at excatly 14:58 saturday d. 20.07.2024, the door was locked, although the opening hours were until 15 on saturday's. I call the number on the sign at the door at 14:59 (registered on my phone) NO answer! Then I walk round the building, where I met a guy that worked at BogenSportWelt, the time was now 15:01, I told him that I came from Denmark past right by Anklam, that's why I wanted to stop to buy a tube of glue, this was not possible at all as the shop closes at 15 o'clock, "come on" I said, "I tried to open the shop door at 14:58", He didn't care, I could return monday at 9 o'clock.........I'm really disappointed with such poor customer service, I even pointed out that I had taken a detour, not a big one, but still to buy this glue. that the store will really treat a customer in this way - - I have never encountered anything like it. I actually thought that punctuality was a hallmark of BogenSportWelt, which it clearly isn't when you close shop to early

We are very sorry, that the door to our store was already locked 2 minutes before closing time. That´s definitive not usual!
Our telephone hotline is only manned between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Saturday, which is why nobody could be reached there at the time you mentioned.
Near the warehouse, you met a colleague on our premises who unfortunately speaks no English at all and tried to make you understand with his hands and feet. Our colleague tried to explain to you in his rudimentary English, probably unfriendly and disinterested due to the language barrier, that the store is only open until 3 pm on Saturday (it was already past 3 pm) and that it would unfortunately be too late now and you could only come back on Monday.
We are very sorry to hear that you were so annoyed with our service and we apologize for the inconvenience caused!

Very good and easy to navigate webshop, lots of parts for the FMA X-Bow Supersonic, fast delivery to the Netherlands.
Would love to visit the shop, but unfortunatly it's a 8 hour drive!
