To help families assess availability in their area, we offer a free trial of our Premium membership so you can explore and see whether there are active caregivers nearby before committing long term. As an online platform — not a placement agency — we connect families and caregivers, but we cannot guarantee availability or responses in every location.
The website is a scam
The website is a scam. The price is extremely high for very little. I was first a non paying member and received emails every day of new candidates. From the first day I paid, those emails stopped coming!
I then contacted everyone on the website who lived in my town and got not a single answer back. Even a negative one. Nothing. I suspect most of those profiles are fake or simply people who are no longer there.
The website is not well done with many technical issue.
Be careful, if you pay only for 1 month, they will automatically renew this on the next month.
Do not register, you will lose your time and money.

I assumed I paid once and was charged again
I signed up for 3 months subscription in April and saw that I was charged again in July and today. As I haven’t been using this service in the past months and not planning to, I immediately tried to cancel my subscription and asked for the refund of at least 79€ that I was charged today. Very unpleasant experience, hoping to hear back from Betreut.de here as well to resolve this

I paid for 1 month and then automatically they signed me up for a membership. I saw it on the second month, went to my page and cancelled it. I wrote them about it and they said it was my problem!

It’s a scam. Even when you choose to use the service for 1 month, they secretly renew the contract automatically and continue to charge you monthly until you find out and terminate the contract yourself. And I couldn’t find any nanny on this site. Do not recommend at all!

Even though I opted for a premium account in order to find a nanny for my boss' kids, the site doesn't seem to work properly... On his behalf, I wrote to many people and never heard anything back - I have used other platforms before that were so much better and more efficient. This site has hardly any features and I can't recommend it. I am glad other users shared there troubles with cancelling their premium account - and will come back to share my experience about that too if necessary!

This is a FAKE WEBSITE. My job ad for a child minder had interest from 56 girls before I paid and I received emails every day. I have had interest from NO girls after I paid!
I have messaged 15 of those girls and NOT ONE has responded back. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. These are clearly fake profiles.

Clickbait: Contacting people is impossible
Absolute trash design. The website invites you to please send a message to people, forbids you to send short messages. So after you draft a message and klick on send, they tell you to upgrade to payed account. If you do not, your draft is of course completly lost.
This is clickbaiting design, absolute trash experience because I can not ever trust that website again.

not free as they pretent
I signed up assuming the service is free. they also give an option to make you provide your data without signing up for a fee. However, when you get some offers, they say you need to buy premium service to read. It is good that I did not paid fır this after reading the reviews here that they continue to charge evenif you cancel your membership. I will cancel my account now!

Ensure you cancel your member fees!
Not a great platform, website is not userfriendly and they trick you in to getting the paid version of the platform. After which they make it impossible to cancel the subsrciption, I have thought multiple times I canceled and then saw charges again. CS was not friendly unfortunately to solve my issue and therefore I am writing this review so other will not make the mistake as well.
