Very good communication

Very good communication, kept updated on transit and delivery. Very pleased with purchase, fragile items but packaging to protect the contents was excellent.

Update

Update – Order #1000600

Following my previous review, Byflou replied publicly stating that they had never received my emails.

I have in fact contacted their customer service numerous times and sent several follow-up emails regarding my damaged order, without receiving any response.

I am therefore posting my order number publicly so that there can be no difficulty identifying my case: Order #1000600.

I would also like to clarify that this was a professional purchase made by my company. The product arrived damaged and, despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, I have been unable to get my request handled.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Byflou to other businesses or professionals. When purchasing on behalf of a company, having a reliable and responsive customer service is essential, particularly when an order arrives damaged.

I hope that posting my order number publicly will finally allow Byflou to locate my case and contact me.

I am therefore posting my order number publicly here so that Byflou can identify my case: Order #1000600.

The product arrived damaged, and I have been trying repeatedly to contact customer service to resolve the issue. I would simply like someone from Byflou to contact me and handle my request.

I hope this public message will finally allow the customer service team to locate my order and get in touch with me.

Dear DDR,

I'm truly sorry to read your updated review and hear about the damaged product with order #1000600, and especially your frustration with not receiving a response. I can absolutely understand how disheartening it must be to have a damaged item, particularly for a professional purchase, and then feel unheard after multiple attempts to reach out.

I've looked into your case, and I'm very sorry to say that it appears your previous emails unfortunately ended up in our spam folder. This is entirely our oversight, and I sincerely apologize that your messages went unseen and unanswered for so long. It was never our intention to ignore you.

I'm glad you reached out from a different email address today, as we've now been able to locate your communication. I understand you'd prefer a refund rather than a replacement for the damaged item, and I want to confirm that we are now processing a credit for you. You should see this reflected soon.

Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention again. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

Warmly,
Thomas

Did not receive the order

Did not receive the order, I made on the 15th of january ‘26. Delivery got pushes back 4 times and never received anything. Got an email of bankruptcy and now a new newsletter saying: ‘hey!’ And some enthousiast announcements…. I emailed them about my order in january, but they’ve never responsed… bad, bad, bad…

Dear Jolijn,

I am sincerely sorry to hear about your experience – waiting for an order you placed on January 15th, experiencing four delivery postponements, and ultimately receiving nothing. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been to receive a bankruptcy notice, followed by our new newsletter, especially after your emails in January went unanswered.

It is really important for me to explain why you didn't receive a response back then. When the old Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt on February 27th, 2026, the staff were immediately sent home by the administrator and lost all access to email and order systems. There was genuinely no one left who could respond to your messages, no matter how much they wished they could help.

I also have some difficult news regarding your order. KasaSagi is a completely new, much smaller company, built by a handful of former Byflou colleagues, who have purchased the Byflou.com brand from the bankruptcy estate. Because we are a new entity, we unfortunately have no access to the old orders and can neither ship them nor process refunds, no matter how much I wish we could.

For any financial claims related to your order, your best options are usually a chargeback through your bank, or PayPal Buyer Protection if you paid with PayPal. You can also file a claim as a creditor with the administrator, DLA Piper. You can find more detailed information about these options on our dedicated page here: https://www.byflou.com/new-owners

I am sincerely sorry that your experience with the old Byflou ended this way.

Sincerely,
Thomas

Dear Ziad,

I am so sorry to read your review and truly understand why you feel this way. It sounds incredibly frustrating and upsetting to have an order that was never delivered and no refund, and I can only imagine how difficult this situation must be for you.

I want to explain what happened. The old company, Byflou.com ApS, unfortunately went bankrupt on 27 February 2026 after its bank pulled its credit lines. When this happened, the staff were sent home by the bankruptcy trustee and immediately lost access to all email and order systems. This meant there was genuinely no one left who could respond to messages or process orders from that point onwards.

KasaSagi, the company I work for, has since bought the Byflou.com brand from the bankruptcy estate. We are a completely new, much smaller company, built by a handful of former Byflou colleagues – far fewer than the roughly ninety people who worked at the old company. Because we are a new entity, we simply have no access to the old order systems and cannot ship your package or process a refund for orders placed with the old company, however much I wish we could.

To get your money back, your best options are usually to contact your bank for a chargeback, or if you paid with PayPal, to use their buyer protection. You can also file a creditor claim with the bankruptcy trustee, DLA Piper. You can find more detailed information on these options on our page here: https://www.byflou.com/new-owners

I truly hope you are able to recover your money quickly.

Months later, this issue is still unresolved.

Dear Fabio,

I am truly sorry to read your review and completely understand why you feel so frustrated and let down. It sounds incredibly distressing to have paid for an order that never arrived, to have received no refund, and to feel completely ignored by customer service for months. I can only imagine how upsetting this entire situation has been for you.

I want to explain why your messages went unanswered. When the old Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt on 27 February 2026, the staff were sent home by the bankruptcy trustee and immediately lost access to all email and order systems. This meant there was genuinely no one left who could respond to messages sent to the old company's email addresses. I am very sorry if this is the first you are hearing of it, and I want to assure you that your message was not ignored on purpose; it was simply impossible for anyone to reply.

Unfortunately, I have some difficult news regarding your order. KasaSagi, the company I work for, has since bought the Byflou.com brand from the bankruptcy estate. I also want to clarify your point about KasaSagi. We are a new company, founded by former Byflou colleagues, and we operate completely independently from the previous ownership. We are committed to building a trustworthy and transparent business, and we are certainly not the 'same owners' repeating any past issues.

Still SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER THERE!!

The package hasn't been shipped, the company isn't replying to emails, and I don't know if I'll ever get my money back. The company supposedly has a new owner, but they are still scamming people. I'm warning you, do not order anything from this store! It is an absolute scam in broad daylight! I don't know how it's possible that 'stores' like this can rip people off in broad daylight and face no legal consequences whatsoever!!!!!!!

Placed an order for 349Euros on Jan 7th, had 2 follow emails last on Feb 20th telling me about delays, until end of April, I accepted.
Today, I contaced Byflou and was told on Feb 27th the company folded and my order was cancelled and money lost.
Clearly from my view, this was an organized crime, delay email until April on Feb20, then bankrupted a few days later, followed by a company sale. The new owners decided not to contact the client base..... This is another crime.
Just plain criminal stuff, delibrate and planned. Con artists.

Terrible

Very poor customer service and unresolved complaint.

I submitted a formal complaint regarding my purchase in mid-February and, despite waiting for a long time, I have not received a proper resolution or adequate communication from the company.

I requested a full refund, but the matter has still not been handled. I later saw their public update about bankruptcy, which makes the lack of communication even more concerning for customers with unresolved complaints and pending refund requests.

Customers deserve clear information about what will happen with outstanding complaints, refunds, and orders. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Dear Sevanah,

A £425 order placed at the beginning of January, no delivery, no reply, and only the silence to make sense of it. We understand why you wrote what you wrote.

Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt on 27 February 2026 after the bank pulled its credit lines. Every employee was sent home and locked out of the mail and systems. That's why your emails went unanswered.

KasaSagi has bought the brand from the bankruptcy estate. We're a new company with new ownership, a small team that includes some of the former colleagues, and none of the old orders on our books.

For your money, file a creditor claim with the trustee at anmeldelse.dk.dlapiper.com, or ask your bank or PayPal for a chargeback.

You wrote that the products were nice, and you're right. The brand had real value behind it, which is part of why we wanted to take it over and rebuild it properly. We can't undo what you went through, but if you ever decide to give us another go down the line, we'd want to do it right this time.

Dear Shruthi,

The reason you got no response is that Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt on 27 February 2026 after the bank pulled its credit lines. Every employee was sent home that day and shut out of mail and systems. The customer service inbox you wrote to was no longer accessible to anyone except the trustee.

KasaSagi has bought the brand from the bankruptcy estate. We're a new company, with new ownership and a small team, and we haven't taken over the old orders or obligations.

Dear Konrad,

Practical answer first, since you've been waiting long enough.

The company went bankrupt on 27 February 2026 after its bank pulled credit. The phones and emails went silent because everyone was sent home that day. Refunds from Byflou.com ApS itself are no longer possible.

For your $600, you have three routes:
1. File a creditor claim with the trustee at anmeldelse.dk.dlapiper.com (DLA Piper)
2. Request a chargeback from your card issuer (most US cards allow this for non-delivery)
3. If PayPal, open a Buyer Protection case

KasaSagi has bought the brand from the bankruptcy estate. We're a separate company, much smaller, and we have no access to the old systems or money.

Six hundred dollars on a void is not how this should have worked out for you.

Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt on 27 February 2026 after the bank pulled its credit lines. The trustee then cancelled all open customer orders, including yours. The systems that would have refunded you stopped working with the bankruptcy.

For the €1000:
1. File a creditor claim with the trustee at anmeldelse.dk.dlapiper.com (DLA Piper, Advokat Per Buttenschøn)
2. Bank chargeback or PayPal Buyer Protection

KasaSagi has bought the brand. Separate company, new owners, no inherited debts. We can't refund this from our end, but the routes above can.

The timing of this is the part that hurts most. A baby bed bought before a newborn arrives is not a discretionary purchase, and having to scramble for an emergency replacement when the order doesn't show is a real burden on top of everything else a new baby brings.

A 20-day delivery window, two months passed, no replies. That should never happen.

Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt on 27 February 2026 after the bank pulled its credit lines. Your emails reached an office no one was allowed to enter anymore.

The good news for getting your money back: a chargeback through your bank is usually the fastest route for non-delivery. If you paid via PayPal, open a Buyer Protection case. A creditor claim with the trustee at anmeldelse.dk.dlapiper.com (DLA Piper) is the third option.

Dear Sandra,

A defective item, a request that went unanswered, and a follow-up that hit the same wall. The request number you cite (#396739) sat in a system that no one could open from 27 February onwards.

That's when Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt after the bank pulled its credit lines. Every employee was sent home that day. Whatever stage your defective-item case was in, it stopped moving from there.

KasaSagi has bought the brand from the bankruptcy estate since. We're a new company built by a handful of former Byflou colleagues. We have no access to the old CS system, the order records, or your case file.

For the money on the defective item: contact your bank for a chargeback (defective goods are a common cause for these), open a PayPal Buyer Protection case if you paid that way, or file a creditor claim with the trustee at anmeldelse.dk.dlapiper.com (DLA Piper).

We're sorry your case became one of the ones the old system never got back to.

Have I lost my money!?

I paid €910 in December for 6 lamps, and apart from many promises that the products would be delivered, I have only received a single lamp so far—and that one is defective. Now the company is in bankruptcy, so have I lost my money?

Reply from Byflou.com

Dear Bogdan,

To answer the direct question: no, you have not necessarily lost your money. But you do need to act.

The five lamps that didn't arrive: Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt on 27 February 2026, and the trustee cancelled all open orders. Those lamps are not being shipped. For the proportion of the €910 covering them, you can recover the money through a bank chargeback (most cards allow this for non-delivery), a PayPal Buyer Protection case if you paid that way, or a creditor claim with the trustee at anmeldelse.dk.dlapiper.com.

The one lamp that did arrive defective: that's a more complex case. The trustee handles formal complaints about delivered goods through the same creditor claim process.

KasaSagi has bought the brand from the bankruptcy estate. We're a new company with no access to the old order records, so we cannot process refunds directly. But the routes above are real, and most customers in your situation recover something.

€910 is not a small amount to be at risk. Act on at least one of those routes this week.

Dear Francesco,

The delay turned into silence on 27 February 2026. That's when Byflou.com ApS went bankrupt after the bank pulled its credit lines. Every employee was sent home, and emails since then have reached nobody.

For your money: contact your bank for a chargeback, open a PayPal Buyer Protection case, or file a creditor claim with the trustee at anmeldelse.dk.dlapiper.com.

We're sorry it ended this way.

Best,
