Stuck parcel and slow customer service team
I ordered a month ago and still haven’t received my parcel. After two weeks of waiting and no movement of the parcel, I reached out to the customer service team, who said they would contact DHL regarding the stuck parcel. Didn’t get any response so I had to reach out to the customer service team again, same response as the first time. This was now four days ago and there is zero proactiveness from the customer service team…very frustrating. So I will have to reach out again to follow up and most likely cancel my order as it never arrived.
Won’t order there again.

Great products, but UPS delivery in Kuwait is acceptable/terrible
All4Cycling offers authentic, high-quality products, but their choice of courier (UPS) in Kuwait is extremely poor. UPS constantly delays shipments, charges unreasonable local fees, and provides horrible customer service. This is a widespread issue for many customers in Kuwait. I have not received my shipment yet and will be filing an official complaint against UPS with the local authorities. All4Cycling must offer alternative shipping options.

Taking into account the destination country, Sierra Leone, parcel arrived intact was very nice. Therefore, overall review rating is four-star.

Difficult to return products
Easy to buy, extremely hard to return. In 2026 you would think that all online shops had smooth return process. Unfortunately this is not the case. Several rounds of emails to customer service and the you have to handle all the logistics yourself to return the parcel.
