My switching Power Supply unit failed…

My switching Power Supply unit failed and with Luck I found The AV Store.
I spoke with two of your staff who knew everything (amazingly) about what I need and then the service of sending it to me was staggeringly quick.

I needed something out of the ordinary

I needed an audio cable with specific connectors and was struggling to find a slightly longer than normal one from my local electronics outlets. AV Store had exactly what I wanted, at a reasonable price and the delivery to me was prompt. On its arrival it was obviously of good quality and I look forward to using it for many years to come. No hesitation in recommending AV Store to others.

Great Experience, Communication and going the extra mile!

Great experience - we got exactly what we were looking for and at a great price. It was delivered quickly and within the timeframe given. There was a mix up on our end and we paid twice and this was flagged by the AV store which was quickly resolved. So great communication and great service.
