The customer service and delivery service team were great. Since we moved to a new house, I was very particular about the the type of sofa I wanted and the color scheme. Embreliving team really put a lot of effort in answering my queries and helping me out. The quality is great and the furniture is even prettier in person. I would definitely buy from them again

Just had my furniture delivered and couldn’t be happier. Dining table, chairs & my new corner suite are just as beautiful as the images and videos online. I did shop around a bit but I was going for a very particular look and couldn’t find anywhere else that came within budget.
Customer service was faultless with responses being timely & leaving no questions unanswered. My only regret is I wish I had found you guys sooner. A very happy customer :)

I’m someone who likes to be 100% sure before making a purchase, so I asked what felt like 100 questions! Every single one was answered quickly and thoroughly, and they even called me to make sure everything was clear before I ordered
The customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. My sofa is beautiful, and I’m so happy with it! They also provided free delivery and assembled it for me, which made the whole experience completely stress free
