Plants arrived but with no instructions about planting (pond plants so I needed to know how deep to position them). The leaflet said to call for help but I couldn’t get a human to answer. The plants have died. A shame.

The plants you've purchased from us were 2 Olive Trees, 3 Ferns, 3 Verbena bonariensis and 3 Scabious. We don't currently sell pond plants, and we also don't include a leaflet advising customers to call for help, so we believe there may have been some confusion with another retailer.

Still waiting for my order
Ordered a plant on 3rd July, despatch was supposed to be 2-5 working days, the next day we had an email to say it had been despatched and a DPD notification to say they are expecting our parcel…..
It’s now the 13th and we haven’t heard a thing. So that was my first and last order with this company.
It wouldn’t be so bad but they say you can’t cancel the order after despatch without charging you!!!

Superb in every way
I am a very experienced gardener and buy many plants online. It can be extremely hit and miss! My first purchase from One Click Plants arrived really quickly and I was delighted with the quality of my plants. The packaging is great and the plants were in excellent order.
Hoping it wasn’t just a fluke, I ordered again and - hey presto - just the same excellent service! Despite the couriers best efforts to kick the life out of the box and deliver it upside down(!), the plants remained relatively unscathed.
One Click Plants will now be my “go-to” supplier and I highly recommend them.
