Always problems with them, one day with transport which they provide next week shift schedule problem and because of their fault I’m missing my work and money and they don’t even care nobody answers your phone calls or emails. I can’t recommend this agency because you will be always stressed out as theres always some issues, unprofessional people hired to agency feels like they lied in their cv and dont know what they do and how to manage people (DSV Venlo)

I have had a very good experience working with OTTO. The communication is usually fast, clear, and straightforward, and as long as you do your job properly and fulfill your responsibilities, there are no problems.
If there is ever an issue with the salary or something doesn’t match, it is usually resolved within a few days. The coordinators responsible for Action in Echt are very helpful, approachable, and always willing to assist when needed.I would definitely recommend OTTO

Maybe ther could be some bonuses for not getting sick or late to work or maybe some evaluations speech with Employees.

Staff , service and location

The accommodation is terrible, there is no room to put your luggage, and they make you work on Sunday so you have no one [around], leaving you forced to stay wherever and with whoever they place you. The work is awful, and the whole experience with Otto is just terrible

The start was not only challenging with Otto but the communication logistics and organizing need improvement big time.
My arrival in Netherlands was challenging since everything from interview to employment and travel happened in 1 week.
Nevertheless I have arrived at my location after spending 400€ for the flight and 120€ Uber from the Eindhoven airport, to be welcomed without a room booked though I signed the contract.
First night after all day travel I slept on a couch because Kafra employee that did not bother after 18:00 o clock Sunday to configure my acces to the room booked. ( I was taken to a room first that was initially booked for me but another person was in the room and then taken to a second room without acces configuration with app that unlocks doors)
The representative from Otto very rude and communication very bad.
What can I tell you more…..
Bicycle not available since day one, no alternative provided as transport in hard weather condition ( just appealing to colleagues to take me to work is not professional and ethical as a company)
Being employed with a company that does not care about some details but just to provide work force labour ….pfff….
I would not recommend you as company as an experience especially for the young generation.
The way you do your business is a rip off for your employee.

Good work good pay

Otto forgot me in the airport, doesn't give me enough days of work (5 per week), my bosses aren't replying to my messages, they give me a bike to go to my 18 Km away work and I'm pretty sure they charge me twice for the bike.

I have been fortunate to have been stationed at one of the best accommodation sites. Staff is available, friendly and always ready to answer questions. I have also been lucky to share the living space with nice people. I do not have a complaint.

How You Care The People

I come here to work and try to be as serious as possible, and then otto put me reserve atleast 1-2 times a week ever month almsot, i dont get any saturdays and not even help whit anything, so in total, you just pray that they give you a good week every time and not be reserve

I have been working with OTTO Work Force for some time, and overall my experience has been positive. The work and necessary information were clearly explained, and I received support whenever I needed it. Of course, there are always some things that could be improved, but overall I am satisfied with my experience and would recommend OTTO Work Force to others looking for work in the Netherlands.

I think you prefer Polish people as you are based in Poland. Sometimes I was worried about my safety. Even get one day off for doctor was a problem. I worked all time in cold departement because I don't lie that I have fake Medical certificate. In nine months I have worked in five warehouses days, nights, afternoon. Living two places. Sometimes I didn't sleep as my shift finished in the morning and at 10 am I had to move to another location. Big cooperation, lot of alcohol and drugs around.
